I wanted to comment that I buy that Asian salad kit regularly in the summer and add chicken (or you could do shrimp!), fresh snow peas, and drained mandarin oranges, and I pick up a bottle of toasted sesame dressing so we have plenty. My son is always so happy to discover it's on the menu, it's one of his favorites!!!
I missed you. So glad you are back. We just got our coop finished and just clipped wings for first time. Loved it.
