Hi there. I just found your video and I am so glad. My husband and I have been retired for a while now but one of our children has lived with us on and off for a while. We recently became total empty-nesters back in January and cooking for just two of us has been difficult. We were a family of 5 and I still have that mind set. Thank you for all the meals that can be frozen and adapted just for 2. I have subscribed to your channel and look forward to more meal preps!

New to your channel. Love the idea of prepping meals. Adjusting to cooking for just two is very hard. I’ve been doing it for years and still haven’t figured it out. I'm so glad you did this! I've seen the dry canning method and want to try it. I have a couple of giant bags of potatoes that I will have to do something with since it's the two of us. But I'm also terrified since I've never pressure canned anything. I did get an electric canner to be a bit more confident. And I second guess everything I can with water bath. Even the things I've done for a few years. So I definitely feel you! Great job!😊

I do my share of rebel canning lol, I watched a few of these dry canning and I am not that rebel.. It just doesn't look safe to me.

Hi stranger, we've missed you!!! I wanted to comment that I buy that Asian salad kit regularly in the summer and add chicken (or you could do shrimp!), fresh snow peas, and drained mandarin oranges, and I pick up a bottle of toasted sesame dressing so we have plenty. My son is always so happy to discover it's on the menu, it's one of his favorites!!!
