Good on Damon for investing, but I'm really impressed by Lori. Even though she didn't invest, she offered to set them up with injection moulds to help them get their costs down. That's a standup offer.

Step up beyond where he should to help someone move up to a chance beyond their level.
The product is ok but the two entrepreneurs are worth every penny.

30% for 150k was an extremely generous offer considering Daymond has to get involved with the legal, accounting, and manufacturing issues. I'm shocked they countered. That 150k could have been a loan prime plus 2 and 30% would still have been fair.
Hes going to pull out of the deal, I mean the product is something thats sold at a dollar store, and it cost $10 just to make it. People won't pay $20 for that

You don't know how many times I have gone in to use public restrooms and needed to hang my coat or purse on the bathroom stall door, only to find out all the hooks on the stall doors have gone missing or become loose.
It's hard to do your business while holding onto to your personal items with one hand.
Sometimes the floors are wet or dirty. Who wants to put stuff on the floor in public restrooms? Disgusting!!!

I got to take my kids to a STEM event in ATL a few years ago that had Mr. Greene as one of the presenters and he was fantastic! He had us rockin' in our seats by having us engaged in everything he was doing. His energy is infectious, and he definitely should be working with kids. To this day my kids and I remember the experiment he did with a potato and electricity. I even took his information and shared it with the PTA at my son's elementary school, in hopes they would have him come and do presentations at the school on a regular basis, but they did not do so. I am so happy for you Mr. Greene and I hope you and your business partner Mr. Mackie(?) continue to prosper and make positive changes in the world. Congratulations.

The company is now worth around $500k in May/June of 2022. 30% of 500k is $150k so Daymond got his money back and now owns 30% of the company. Not bad!!

In terms of its value and earnings, Yono Clip is worth a whopping $500,000. His owner claims that since joining the company, he has greatly increased his net worth. He had previously sold goods worth about $14,000 on the open market.

Damon will get his money back in no time, The guys will make a small fortune even if the product comes and go, nothing to lose on both sides. Awesome to help out good people even if its not going to be the biggest ROI for Damon, it’s pocket change to him and he won’t lose his investment.
