At 75, I have lost more than 60 pounds in a year or so. My greatest pleasure is removing too large clothes from my closet for donation. I have relied so much on your guidance in replacing my wardrobe. I've received nothing but compliments and as you say lots of, "Ya, baby!" Thank you so, so much for your channel. It's easy to be chic at any age.
Congratulations on your new start on life with weight loss. My grandmother lost over a hundred at 65 and had so much fun with beautiful clothes that fit her style and fitness. You are inspiring! All the best!

I've been "rock 'n roll style" most of my life, but now that I qualify as a "senior" (along with Jagger, Richards, Daltry, etc al) I'm having trouble finding a style that doesn't look like I'm pretending to be 25! Something a little classier and more mature that ripped jeans and crop tops. This is a great help! If you can come up with more like this, please do--I need all the help I can get!

I' ve got two grown up kids who are living the best lives and a wonderflull little grandson.
Since a bit over one year I've been struggeling with severe health issues but even laying down for the most part I am doing my nails and makeup ect.
And watching and listen to inspiring women like you 😄
This besides my kids and sister gives me strength and empowers me to continue keeping on......
And guess what.....
In the darkest of times I found the man that's been my Love 10 years ago and is now my Love(er) again.

Huge thumbs up! I've been following all of your lessons for how to wear the nice clothes and how to look elegant. Yesterday, when I went shopping, I wore (sorry to be TMI here!) skinny black jeans, a beautiful white t shirt, a navy blazer with an Hermes like scarf that I wore for warmth outside and used it wrapped around like a shawl. SO many people asked if I needed help (never happened in my old, super baggy clothes) and others treated me differently, with respect.
And it's because of YOU and the fact that I am taking pride in how I look, even if it's just a Target run. I feel so much better in these clothes that are now working together. Thank you so much! Big thumbs up for every episode!

Everyone has their own style tips and rules that may or may not work for others. You just have to keep in mind that it’s most likely based on their personalities, quirks/hang ups, body type, personal style, needs and location.
Frédérique loves her high heels. I don’t hate them but I’ve hardly been able to wear them since I had a couple foot surgeries years ago. I can wear some styles of heels for a shorter time period but I have to pick my battles, consider the season, location and consider my needs. I live in the mountains and in a very rural area. In fact, I live on top of a mountain. Block heels, chunkier shoes and boots have always been more practical for me.
Painfully hobbling around in heels that are getting stuck in any and everything would age me more than comfortably walking.
There are many people on RUclips that focus on the over 40 or 50 crowd who tell their viewers to never wear graphic tee’s, to only wear tees with puffy sleeves and ruffles, to never wear v neck, never wear shorts, etc… That’s never going to work across millions of different viewers. That’s their own style and that’s perfectly acceptable. Many will agree. You never have to agree with everything they say. That’s perfectly acceptable too. Take the tips that work best for you.

I used to have a black leather skirt that I liked to wear with soft silky shirt, too, but alas! I got outgrew the leather skirt! I really love your black satin blouse! Thanks for all the great tips!!
