    As someone who recently got their first Kiesel, which was a delos, this is very satisfying to watch.

      I think you are looking at the tabs for the CNC machine. Those are used to keep the position of the wood while it's being shaped.

    Kiesel is definitely one of the best brands in a world full of stiff competition from excellent manufacturers. I’m grateful for mine.

    This wis one of he most interesting and at the same time uncomfortable things I have ever watching. Who knew that watching a machine saw into a beautiful piece of wood would be painful to watch, I just had to keep telling myself that it would turn out fine and the machine wouldn't screw up. hahaha

  • @JoeyRapps1

    @2:24 Why is that section of wood left between the neck and middle pick-up routes? It makes the electronics-loaded pickguard difficult to remove and replace.

    • @JY-gv1sy
      @JY-gv1sy 2 года назад

      maybe it won't and it's for something else, kiesel wouldn't just deliberately leave a chunk on wood there if there wasn't a reason for it.

    • @JoeyRapps1
      @JoeyRapps1 2 года назад

      @@JY-gv1sy I know it's difficult from experience. The pickguard can't be removed or replaced by going straight up or down, it has to be slid in or out sideways under the end of the fretboard. Many other companies cut out the entire swimming pool without problems. I'm asking what the reason is.
