About that pause: it was indeed an accident. There is a video proving that it was caused by Fishman throwing his headset on his keyboard.

nothing but respect for RNG. they earned our respect, and while Entity won the game, RNG won our heart. My utmost respect goes to all RNG members especially xNova. I teared up when he walked alone waiting for the handshake. Entity could do better in respecting their enemy, but overall, one of the greatest TI match I've ever witnessed. GGWP to both team, they give us one of the most exciting and memorable Dota match ever. Despite their condition, RNG truly lives up to their name. ROYAL NEVER GIVE UP ❤️👑

How utterly unfortunate the turn of events has been for RNG. Starting out with a solid 9-1 initial performance in the group stage, consistently they could've most likely secured a spot in the upper bracket. To me, seeing xNova stepping out from stage in defeat after the handshake even felt more emotional than seeing him coming in alone. How unfavorable it was playing all by himself in front of a jammed crowd physically disconnected from his teammates. Nonetheless, RNG fought well until the end in what
turned out to be the longest and one of the most climactic games in TI history. Mad respect.
Some of these comments are so ignorant and disrespectful, trashing RNG players who are very sick with covid which gives you brainfog and difficulty focusing for hours at a time.

18-2 absolute beasts not losing single series during TI (including qualifiers) then covid hits and they got eliminated with 0-9 back to back loses. Really sad situation peoples underestimate how much headache and lassitude covid causes it is damn bad.
Yes but don’t forget their initial wins were against all the lower skill teams. Covid def played a part, but their loses were cause they played the top teams towards the end of the groups.
Sad for RNG, getting to TI and then not being able to play on stage.

This is exactly what we feel when the game is further than +60, the winning sensation is fantastic if you win or frustrating if you lose, so good game for both teams.

Its quite ironic for the history of RNG in the world championship tournament before this. Their LoL team always had falter easily during the decider match of knockout stage (2016 worlds RNG got rekt at 4th game vs SKT, 2017 got rekt at 5th game vs SKT, 2018 got rekt at 5th game vs G2, recently they got stomped hard in the tiebreaker vs GenG). Its their dota team that living up their name of Never Give Up actually
in SEA when you have long games like this the winning team always says GG EZ 🤪

This is hands down one of, if not, the best games of DotA ever played.
They just won the game, but they feel like they won the TI smh. xNova demonstrates good sportsmanship because he initiates the shakehands.

SnY is rly weird item. Its a big item but not that "big" item for me. Especially for super ultra late game like this. They need to bring back status resist on big item like heart or satanic.

is it just me or i dont like sange yasha when it comes to the 50+ minute mark when u are fully slotted i consider sange yasha as a mid item game i see the tb swap the skadi with sy which is odd he got bursted faster with out extra armor and hp
Nothing wrong though, considering the amount of crowd control the enemy had so the extra status resistance helps him alot in lategame
I mean there are a few choices to replace s&y, but i dunno he had things to do better than replacing it like bkb timings and pressure get to him slowly.
SNY stats, status resist, attack speed, slow every hit. suitable for late game cores like TB who has Metamorph with Skadi

The difference in hero that gave advantage to entity is that they have 2 supports that can build to become cores RNG didnt had the same option tiny and AA became cores when lich and ES couldn't.. Game became harder for RNG..

First of all respect for RNG. But at late game he should have sold his SNY. The late game of Entity is mostly Physical damage already with the exception of Ice Blast which can be avoided although he has a Divine his crits is just from the Silver Edge even Kataomi's tree volley hits hard compare to Ghost at late game, with Pandaren on the opposite side as well I'm shocked that he didn't purchased an MKB as well.But again nothing but respect for RNG

Epic game is quite an understatement,, this is one of the best game of the year if not the best,I can't believe my eyes .. 102 minutes, gold lead reaching +125 k and that was before they even got 1 lane of rax. this is just nuts. Feels bad for rng tho, and that pause in the end its just distasteful. Still this is game that will be remembered in history
