Thanks for the video may I ask a question in ultraviolet photoelectronic spec the y axis is intensity. if it is high does it mean that there are more electrons??

Yes, the y-axis is linked to the number of electrons. The higher the intensity of the peak, the more electrons are being removed from that energy level.
