Correction: The four dim sum meals they ordered. 1.) Pork Shiu Mai with Shrimp on Top, 2.) Pork Shiu Mai also wrapped and covered with Quail Egg on Top, 3.) It's Xiao Long Bao aka shanghainese soup dumpling, & 4.) Sticky Rice wrapped with Lotus Leave.

I've been to hk over 20 plus times stayed in Jordon near Australia dairy company. Its not worth the hype any Char chan teng or cafe would suffice.
This reminds me of the time I had michelin meal in hotel Kowloon or something it was so expensive and all of us couldn't read chinese it was shocking when we paid 🤣

Some of the places aren’t Michelin starred they are Michelin bib gourmand or just recommended, a lower rating than the actual star

this is the worst Micheline star restaurants in terms of food and service. You'll noticed that 90% of the customers are tourists because of the Michelin star ratings. HK is one of the place you can't trust the Michelin star ratings. There's at least 10 restaurants on the HK Michelin guide that is worst than an average restaurants in the same category. I'm doubting there's no money under the table for these star ratings.

@@ZoeCzar basically it has to be in parallel. Holding one chopstick on your tip Pointer finger the other one on tip the middle finger. While the thumb wrap both chopsticks. Both tips of thumb and pointer finger are separated by one of the chopstick which you just move to control the whole the middle finger merely support the other chopstick

hk style French toast if u add the maple syrup .... it will taste very good n order one more 😊😊 the noodle shop ... their noodle is cooked with special method it is their noodle in soup should be starred 😊😊
