I'm an old dog who always set his clutch perch so, when pulled in, the lever was just inside the grip. Adjusted them as you instruct here and, wow, it is so much more natural feeling and so much lighter on the pull. Thank you for sharing Ryan. Liked and subscribed!!
Best dude in the entire world. "motocross is a feeling, not a thought" those little nuggets of information are so awesome. Rhyno, an honest guy that teaches us Accountability, Respect for others, Integrity, Finances, Love and Relationships, How to Treat our Bodies, How to Train properly, and How to Ride Safely and to be Fast!!!! Thank you Rhyno!!! Do you have a training program on riding? If so, can you post that for us?
I feel a little better having my handle bars level to the head angle and my levers a little lower which allows me to balance my chest over the bars, stand up more. This works with my height, comfort, and connection with the bike.
same idea goes for doing just about anything that requires use of one's body (drumming for me). all good teachers address body position immediately in students. Time to re access my body on my bike, half the time I'm setting positions based on trill and error. but looking at it the way I would drumming, I see there's no difference... gofer ease, and not tweaking your natural body position. glad I happened upon this video!
I rode a YZ125 think it was a 2006 or 07 somewhere around there and man did I fall in love with the cockpit. I test rode the bike as it was my cousin’s friend bike and riding a KX100. Power wasn’t hesitant, and I could ride standing up and shifting while standing up comfortably. I got a Husqvarna TC125 2023 good bike but I definitely want the same cockpit as the YZ. If you happen to know the specs I would very much appreciate it 🙏
I agree with everything he says. But it's all about the rear tire. The rear tire will put you where you need to be. You need to steer with the rear. And then once you are appointed the way you want to go calculate that and steer.
Knowledge is only part of Ryans gift...his ability to communicate makes him a great teacher
Great bar tip! I like how you teach. Thanks Ryno!
Psychedelic knowledge.
Ryno, you are a pioneer in teaching modern motocross technique. I bet motocross trainers watch your videos and learn from you.
Our sport needs a guys like this. Giving everybody access to the principles and fundamentals of motocross.

Thank you for your generosity.. you share so much information and that has made my riding experience a lot more fun.
Moving my handlebars half an inch completely changed my riding experience. No arm pump and the correct riding posture. Thank you for this Ryan
Feeling his living in the moment. Like riding. Thinking is in the future and in the past.
I learned technique just listening to you talk about bars. Great simple video
Is true, if I am thinking about it or focused on it, its not right...ergonomics and comfort are key!
Although my racing days are long past, I agree with what he says. He is spot on.
That was great advice..so true gotta be instinct and muscle memory
Another awesome vid! Thanks so much Ryan. Looking forward to the next one.
This is what I’ve been looking for. Thx!!

I can't wait till I have the extra money to book a training with Ryan or attend one of his classes this summer 2021
Very helpful Rhino keep it up . Always learn from your videos.
Champion .... your inside knowledge is changing the game

Legend!! Many thanks 🤟🏾🤟🏾
It's gonna take a lot more than bike setup to help me.
Amazing videos and really helped me out after a major injury to regain my confidence. A microphone would really help hear you tho👍🤙
Tomorrow I am adjusting my bars I need that feeling.😎
This dude has to be a cousin to the NFL QB named Clipboard Jesus. The resemblance is striking.
my mans went from motocross rider to a professor with a Masters in Philosophy
Thank you!
So right. Look at BMX bike.
Bars are in line with the forks. Basically
unless you're Charlie crumlish
How important is your head position as it’s a very heavy part of a human body approximately 11lbs???
It guides the whole body. How important are the eyes? They must weigh 1/2lb total but you go where you look.

Wow ! Just go out and ride ,,
Keep looking ahead
thanks for sharing
Hi, I use a twinwall handlebars.. The space to move the controls is very small. Should I change handlebars?
If you're unable to achieve proper ergos, yes. Proper positioning is more important than the gear itself.
💪💪💪💪💪
So make changes to be more comfortable and ride better? Can you over think and over explain some more please?
Bike-Fit Hughes has a good ring... just sayin
Moto miagi #1
i love those new Hondas!!! i pray for a 450r
Good luck man. See my profile picture? Bought it brand new with nothing but work. Make it happen by yourself👌
Did you get it?
Sav
this guy is on shrooms
Another over complicated video from Ryan Hughes.
Another idiot that can't comprehend basic information. LOL
Yeah im sure the guys thinking please just adjust my bars so I can get back out and ride! He is correct that controls should be set up for each rider.
