Ever tried using rank 2 empower for fire breath in st considering the haste you have?
What i found is that with lust dot uptime is still 100% but you don't waste basically any of the uptime. At rank 2
Outside of lust instead i did one 1rank empower and the next second rank.
Basically if the dot is not up outside of lust i do rank 1 if i have like 4, 5 or 6 second remaining i do rank 2.
What do you think?
Its a loss, as up to 30% of the Fire Breath dot will extend itself on next application (Called the "Pandemic Window")
And most of the reason you press FB isn't for the damage, its for the DR extend when in DR, + the other talents that interacts with using empower spells.
