Come on, the cost of the electricity bills? They wouldn't do it if they couldn't afford it. Not to mention that the bill doesn't compare to the value of the joy and excitement for the Holiday that a display like this will give to all the children that view it. The kids are more important than a few increased electric bills!
Yes, True. My electricity bill went down when I transitioned everything to LED. Plus, with them not being in a steady ON state, there is less draw. "See Dear Wife, I am saving money by purchasing all these controllers and programming the lights to songs." haha.

Nice but I would've worked those lights into intensity but the whole vid was full blast lights...iv seen better from this house for coryoghaping but once again it was cool watch
Dunno why this hit recommendations, but meh I appreciate the effort, but you need to work on the programming. As it sits it just looks like the whole house is on a series of blinkers. All the lights are lighting all the time. Your lights need to accent the music, They need to increase with the growing tone of the song, otherwise it just comes off as a mess of blinking lights with no purpose

Most use an FM transmitter so you can listen in your car, some use outdoor speakers too
The music is broadcast via FM. I also have outdoor speakers, but they are usually turned so low you can only hear if standing next to yard.
