- I grew up my whole life in Florida but since I didn't grow up riding bikes I wasn't really familiar with the mountain bike scene out here. And I am very excited to find out how many incredible Mtb parks there are all around here. Two of my favorite so far is Markham park and now Virginia Key. I love what they have done and continue to do for the mountain bike community. It's not everyday that you can literally ride Mtb trails and look at the beach. Miami is one of the most iconic cities in all of Florida and to be able to visit, explore and now ride bike trails is like next level, so cool! I am so glad I got to go and I can't wait to be back.

Nice. I need to hit VA Key when Im down there. Check out Markham Park west of Ft Lauderdale and Oleta State Park too. Both fun places. Bike Bix at Markham has great rentals. If you rent bikes at Oleta be prepared for some not great kept up bikes, although for my son and me they did the job (but if on my own and was really gonna send it I would not rent from them).

Way to show some electric unicycle support! my electric unicycle is what just recently got me in to mountain biking.
Really!? I never really seen them up close and let alone someone jumping them. It was so cool.
@HeatherMunive That's not surprising, I've never actually run in to someone else riding one on jump lines in person. We can get pretty mixed responses from people as well that make some of us that ride trails try to go unnoticed. Generally people are pretty cool, but I've had more than a couple of mountain bikers tell me "you don't belong on our trails" in some form or another. Hard to find places we are actually "allowed" to be. If you ever get the opportunity to learn to ride one you should check them out. Almost feels like flying just above the ground.
Onewheel is the smaller skateboard type boards. Didn’t realize they were allowed there. Might have to bring my onewheel and bike next time.

Wow that's considered a black diamond trail? Here in Southern Nevada that would be an intermediate trail at best. Not even expert or advanced. I guess it depends on what part of the country you're riding in. LOL
