Really enjoyed this Marie, thanks so much! I've used a standing team meeting template for a long time, but I kind of like the idea of this Tensions DB - I find our best meetings are when we talk about the issues at hand with focus vs. following a weekly template script. Appreciate you sharing this!

Nicely done, Marie! This was great. I like the idea of a "Tensions" database. I recently tried an "issues" database for one of my clients and it worked a treat. I'll be refining it based on what you showed us here.

How is it possible to show things like date and status in the "Actions" relation property?
WHen you go to add a new relation to the field, you'll notice a tiny 3 grey dots in the top right of the menu list. That will allow you to specify which properties to show in the relation.
