In this series I play different user-made modifications for Emergency 4, and occasionally give feedback drawing on my real-life experience as a Firefighter/EMT and Life Flight EMT. Merry Christmas everyone! This is a pre-recorded video of a slightly older version of Montana 2.5 I made a few months ago. With the release of the mod today, Itchboy has given me the go-ahead to release this video now. Disclaimer: you may see some issues in this video that were fixed before release!
I am working a 24 hour shift today so I can't update my mod spreadsheet but I will provide a download link after I get home. In the meantime if you check emergency planet you should be able to find it.
Huge W. I think putting this is open beta plus the closed beta for some people was what this mod needed, this mod really does thrive off of a lot of community feedback it feels like so having a stable and well updated version to the public means that we can make it better. Plus people won’t be begging which is always a plus

I wonder if there is a way to add some sort of CPR script for police officers and such. At 11:00 for example, cops are on scene before ems, maybe there could be a way to utilize police in certain medical emergencies

My favorite mods are. Montana,Nostalgia mod, Miami,Alaska, and LA
I've never played the Alaska mod but the rest are my favorites too!
There is a Monida Mod, which is basically the Montana Mod, but with different vehicles, which are more modern.

can you make a video of how to get a pulse back on a cardiopulmonary arrest i go to the treatment pdf but in game i can never get a pulse back i would like to further understand how to get a pulse back
Getting a pulse back is rare, just like in real life. Following the treatment protocol is the best you can do.
Next time I play Montana I'll try to remember to talk about it as detailed as I can

I love playing Montana mod, especially 2.5. But I don't like the medical script because I know nothing about medical treatment. Do I have to use the script, or can I just load them in the ambulance and take them to the hospital?
You have to use the script. There's a guide included with the mod that tells you exactly what to do. I helped write it! :)

I’m having issues downloading the mod every time I load in it’s just a grid with nothing I can do. What do I need to do differently?
Read the guide included. This is a complex mod that is unlike other mods you have played.
To answer your question directly, do not go to Freeplay. Go to Campaign mode.
does anyone have a problem with black screen while trying to play em4? i mean, when i try to play endless game, map does load up, but then i kind of crash all textures ... im searching for solution but haven't found one
Have you tried searching the user guide that comes with the mod? This mod is very different than other mods and you need to read it.
Do not start the mod through Freeplay mode. Start it in campaign mode.
@@AShadowboxsFSX its not about the mod, but game itself, i saw comment with familiar problem and guy had AMD graphic card, this could be drivers problem ;/
@@nordeffem gotcha. You said you were loading "in freeplay" and you aren't supposed to do that with this mod so that's why I said that
Hi, this mod doesn't work for me. I have it installed and downloaded. but it goes into the game and doesn't show the map or doesn't let me spawn vehicles. Any way to fix this?

This is a mod you really really really have to read the user guide (I helped write it!)
You do not use Freeplay to start this mod. Go to Campaign. Hope that helps
