@@kingmusa5516 this sounds good, but as a person with experience in real estate investing, you have to have a paper trail of legit income or know how to wash funds, which most people who buy crazy jewelry don't. it's much easier to walk into a jewelry store with a wad of cash and buy a buss down chain than it is to buy a house or land, even a luxury car (lease or finance) which is mostly credit and stated income, whereas real estate you need verified income. the best thing to invest into, before any of this, is education.

Lots of us know that buying bust downs is a waste of money and yet we still do it including myself I only own natural Diamond pieces but if I would buy new bust down I would go with labs you get the same look and better pieces for way less $$ just gotta find the right jeweler lots of people out there selling labs and telling customers is all natural, moissanite might be a good option too but they usually put them on silver pieces and the quality is not 100% but i woud buy solid 14k gold mossinate cuban with a nice setting job done to it might even look better than diamonds these stones hit hard.
