Wooow this house is very expensive makes me think i can sell mine for alot more once fully furnished however, if feels like greediness to me. That costs less than 200k to build and yes i build for people in ghana so i have a lil clue about it. Especially in kumasi this is wild.

They always disgrace what their brothers are doing. Once they are in states, even the moldy house will look appropriate and even astonishing to them.
I am paying $1945 a month for 2bedrooms nonsense apartment with no amenities. There's a lot of african people including me; we are staying silent and are struggling to pay the bills every single month.
I see some of the reviews mention that in states, they will pay that amount for a pool included home. Can they tell me where? I would love to buy one that price nowadays. In a quiet, and "at least" a safe location of course.

Ghanaians will build $70k homes with cheap china gadgets, that can be activated by Alexa voice control and price it at $350k. These Alexa voice control devices cost $10-$50 max.May be in Ghana, ppl are impressed but the West started using these devices back in 2012 and we are not impressed and we have moved on to the newer techs
Why are these new properties have no trees or plants yet Ghanaian complain they are hot????? They plants provide breeze, oxygen,they filter the air and they take pollutants on their leaves and when it rains it washes away.

I don't think it is proper lambasting him about the cost based at where the property is lying. You should know that somebody will have to develope somewhere before it becomes a city therefore encourage him by asking for reduction in the price as an advice.
