Great stuff as always, thanks so much for what you do! Do you have a video where you go into detail on how you survey on your thank you page (Tip #7). I am assuming this involves putting another form on your thank you page and ensuring site integration is completed, but wanted to ask.
@@maxvcollenburg I don't know, what I don't know if I don't know it! One thing I do know, they are all very clear and super easy to understand. That is the sign of an expert :)
Super valuable advice Max, thank you. Great Top 7! I wasn't aware of #4 Message Variables - I'll be employing those. Everything gets better with your content: the outline, the training, your presentation and the production. Great job! Speaking of which, what tech are you using to shoot / record your self and desktop app? What video editing app are you using? Do you outsource that or edit yourself? Be well.
Hey Gregg! Thanks for noticing! 😄 Have been putting a lot of extra effort into production lately. I'm using a Sony A6400 to film myself, a Rode VideoMic NTG shotgun microphone for audio, and QuickTime to record my screen. After I've recorded everything, I put it into Final Cut Pro for editing. Right now I'm doing the editing myself, but I'm looking to outsource this soon as it's very time-consuming 🙃
Max, I see, so one video file from the camera and one QT. Have you thought of trying ScreenFlow to record video channels simultaneously and edit? I LOVE that app.
@Gregg Wagstaff yes, correct! I've tried another app to record simultaneously, but my MacBook can't handle the 4K so well. But luckily, with one keyboard shortcut, I can automatically sync the files in Final Cut Pro. So it's not too much extra work 😄 The only thing I struggle with is the size of all those files with this new workflow. Previously I just recorded tutorials with Loom which gave me a 500mb file, now the recordings are easily 20gb to 50gb 😨
Thanks for great tutorials. I would like to have less lists but what about segmenting and sending emails? I don't see how to send email campaigns to a tag so I have a lot of lists but it does get messy =)
Really great tips. One question Max. I want to use your tip on only two lists but have 4 websites. When I create the list it asks for a website. So do you mean a Main List and Customer List for each website. How can I make this work because I like the simplicity of just two lists and using tags to segment.
I would usually try to keep each website separate in a totally different account, as it's easy to make things messy this way. But if you really have to, I would create a separate list for each website. This unless all the websites are for the same business, and it doesn't matter if they get mixed, in that case I would just stick to two lists 🙂 I hope that helps!
Hey Thiago! I don't think there's any major downsides to this, I'm also doing it myself. The only thing you lose is site tracking that starts as soon as someone fills out an ActiveCampaign form.
7:22 "If a contact visits a website that contains..." Do you do that through accounts on your website? Or has activecampaign for real a functionality that allows you to track this only by opting in on an optin form WITHOUT loging into an account? Thanks for your tutorials btw max Clean as always
Hey Sebastian! You can add site tracking to your website, and then, when someone submits a form or clicks a link inside an email to your website, ActiveCampaign will know who that visitor is 😄 I created a tutorial about site tracking in case you want to learn more about that: ruclips.net/video/aTMQ12MTQQM/видео.html If you've any other questions, let me know 🙃

Hey Max, whats your take on using outside forms integrated by integromat with Activecampaign. What are the downsides of this approach?
Hey Thiago! I don't think there's any major downsides to this, I'm also doing it myself.
The only thing you lose is site tracking that starts as soon as someone fills out an ActiveCampaign form.

hi sir I have a question for manychat what is the purpose of tagging content type in the live chat instead of inside the flow
I'm not sure, as I haven't used it, but I think it's about what kind of message you send through the live chat.
How do I qive a quiz like you do to tag the people.
Hey Vegeta! I created mine with RightMessage.
