  • Today we're smoking some beef finger ribs on the Pit Boss Pellet Grill.
    Smoking beef is one of my favorite ways to cook beef, especially ribs. Finger ribs work perfectly on the smoker.
    Finger ribs can be a tough cut of meat, but working them at lower temperatures for extended periods of time, breaks it down and makes it absolutely epic.

    How long before you wrap? "A little bit of time"? Really?? Put them back on the grill and they will be done fairly soon? WTF?

    I'm wanting to learn and this video was not helpful. No times or internal temps.

    Cook it to 200 so keep a thermometer. It's not about time it's about temp
