Join me while I make cold process soap using Mahogany Teakwood fragrance oil in the Tall Skinny Mini Mold. Supplies used here that are available at Micas and More are the small spoonulas, a gear tie, Magic Blue Mica, Ruby Red Mica, Gold Shimmer Mica, and Latte Mica. Let's make soap!
*This mold will hold 22 ounces of water, so it will be about that weight for soap base. If you are doing CP or HP soap a recipe with 16 ounces of oils will work well. Using full water there will enough to make tall peaks once the soap is setup enough to do that.
Please note that the purpose of this video is to show how colors and scents can behave in the soap making process. It is not intended to be a tutorial on how to make soap.

I am still on youtube at least once a week, and I've added a video once or more a month. I'm not sure if it's the app or just the new set up of the behind the scenes stuff, but I had lots of comments I had missed. I want people to know I appreciate the time they took to say something. But now I think I know where to find them all, so I'll try to stay on top of it.
Those are great. Does the mold bow out at all in the middle once everything is poured or does it stay true to form?
Thanks, I think they are great! The sides don't bow out like a ball ( ) but the middle is slightly wider at the top than at the bottom.
