His 'harder' fights are when he's had a tough year and up against young opponents that don't motivate him... if you follow him you know he doesn't want to be in the sport for long but not in the Jared Anderson bad way - no he wants to ONLY fight giant fights & best opposition. Don't be surprised if he pushes to fight inoue in a couple of years.
I am always confused on why I cannot for the life of me interest myself in the weight classes below 135/140. They just seem so dull to me with lack of real competition

Oh, I'd really urge you to take another look! There's so much tremendous talent in the lightest weight classes - some really brilliant fighters.
