Thank you so much for this tutorial. Patty from The Andrew sisters was wearing this style in a 1941 live recording, singing Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy :D Now I've learnt how to recreate it 😃
I am in awe of how perfect your set is after 9 days. I have naturally curly hair too, but it just doesn't hold up the same way. Also, this tutorial is suchva great idea because I have SO. MANY. SCARVES. Appreciate having another way to wear them.
Are you doing a true wet set and using a setting lotion? I have a video on the science behind a wet set, why and how it works and it’s really perfect for naturally curly hair. I’m so glad you enjoyed this video, it’s fun to try out new styles and give new life to some of our accessories.
@@itsyissel try it out, but just remember that it will take time for your hair to get used to a new curl pattern. It may not be perfect the first few times you try it. But once you’ve got it down, I think you’ll really like the results. And don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions.
That's your hair after nine days? You have gorgeous hair, so thick and lovely! I love this tutorial, thank you for sharing. I'm late to the party, so I don't know if you've done a make up tutorial, but I'm loving the red lipstick. Have you used the vintage makeup company Eseme' before? Eyebrows my dear, PERFECTION.
Yes, I have a makeup tutorial from about 1.5 years ago, but honestly it's all pretty much the same. I have use Besame (I think that's what you were referring to) and I like some of their products.
Thank you for a lovely video ❤️ I do this scarf snood in my hair for work all the time! It's great for longer vintage hair. Especially in summer! Depending on my mood I have a lot of fun lowering or raising the ties at the back.
Loved this tutorial! Such a lovely hairstyle. Have you ever used the “roll and go” tool on Lauren Rennell’s website? I’m so curious if it’s worth the money!
I’ve never used that tool, to be honest I’ve never felt the need for it. I’ve used the handle of my brush at times to help form a curl, I find that helpful sometimes.
This is what I have been searching for. Can you give the measurements of the scarf you used as I have a scarf but it is much smaller and although I did get it to stay on my head, it is a bit trying as I can't make the knots or roll in back work as for the size you used. Thanks so much. In Joy
Dear Christine, So so beautiful!!! So elegant! Thank you for sharing.
Matilda.

@@TheGlambassador I'll try it out! I've been hesitant to wet set my hair because of the texture. But I will follow along and make an attempt

Magic! Thank you just the style I need whilst involve in our house build.
Perfect!
Very pretty. Thank you for the tutorial, I think I can do this one 🌻🍄
Ok you make a pompadour look good! And now I finally understand how to do this! Thank you!
Thank you, must try this soon 👍🏼 Happy Christmas to you 🎄🎅🏼🤶🏻⛄️
The pompadour flatters most face shapes; it’s a nice and easy (pardon the expression) addition to one’s repertoire de coiffure. ❤️
So pretty! Great idea thank you.
Thank you! 😊
Thank you for this video!!! I'm definitely going to try it! You have the most perfect hair!!
Super cute!
Thank you! 😊

Which shade and year is your Emmy cardigan from! It’s gorgeous and you’re absolutely rocking it! 🥰
This cardigan is several years old, I think it was just called Red. It's probably from 2016 or so.
