I live in Ghana and our climate isn't a cold one! I know farmers up North who are doing well with breeding even though the weather there is extremely hot. Take a proper look at your farm and starting doing the right things for great results.

Take a proper look at your farm and starting doing the right things for great results.
Try giving them a lot of water, start giving them moringa leaves.
