I want to get my PPL so badly and this exactly the person who I would want teaching me. I don’t learn as well from books. But so help me god when I can be curious and ask what things do and how they relate to what we are doing I learn in record time. Having someone patient and calm who just wants to teach would be amazing!!!
"I'm getting better at this aeroplane stuff." So true. God love her! Isn't she beautiful? It is amazing to watch, because most of us learn to fly like we learn to ride a bike or drive a car. First you learn the major flight controls, then you learn the handling laws, like banked turns and the danger of stall and spin. Then some place down the road you begin on navigation and communication, and then you get brave enough to talk to Big_Gods over the radio. Ruthless is doing all this completely backwards. And that's a great thing. To an old man like me, who comes from the age of thousands of steam gauges, a G-1000 or G-5000 glass cockpit is combined miracle and nightmare, because I don't know how to drive it. I have huge respect for the things, they're wonderful, but I don't know how to drive them. But Ruthless is learning that, and ATC and she's learning those things first. By the time she can see over the panel, she'll know all the other stuff. She's doing basic pre-solo training in a jet multi. It's all completely back-to-front, and that's not a bad thing at all.
When I was young I learned to fly with steam gauges and two vor indicators and an ADF. My solo was around 15 on our twin. Ruthless is lucky to learn the digital system so easy. 😊
It about brings tears to my eyes to see Ruthless learn and talk on the comms. One sharp young lady right there. Meanwhile, her friends are watching cartoons or on social media. "I'm getting better at this airplane stuff'... hahahaha Wait until she gets better at that pilot sh*t! Can: 'Dad, can I borrow the Citation' be too far off... I have to wonder what other aircraft like American seven-zero-one think when they hear that squeaky voice. hahahaha
Your instruction and interactions with your daughter are really endearing. I love the you are instilling a sense of confidence and competence into your young aviator daughter! Well done! Keep these coming! 😊❤
Why are these vids not viral? Ruthless living the life I dreamed of. Go girl and no apologies to the FAA that you're legs ain't long enough yet. By the time they are you'll be an old hand at multi engine jet, IFR, etc. Dad, you're the coolest. Adopt me please? (and good job with your level of SA, with your baby in the cockpit etc. Most probably couldn't pull this off but you have an exceptional girl there)
I'm glad these videos are being posted again, I've missed them. I hope to be watching more as the Ruthless Avaitor Girl's legs get long enough for her to reach the pedals.
I forwarded your link to my granddaughter. she is the same age. great inspiration. anyone can do anything when they put their mind to it. it also helps to have a great supportive dad
You have an amazing co-pilot there! So smart beyond her years. Exceptional teaching skills to have gotten her to understand what all that means. She'll be flying for one of the airlines one day! Great to watch! Thank you for sharing!
Has Ruthless been logging all her flight time? When she is old enough to get her license, her training might just be a formality she has to go through.
Most people her age are clueless to even ride a bike. Here she is flying. It's going to be good when she gets in school and they ask her what she did today.😂
I never sub to channels but I remember watching the videos before they were taken down and thinking, “how could you not sub to this?” Glad to see you and Ruth back.
I would also like to say props to dad! He is not really forcing his daughter to be interested in his hobby instead he involves her in the hobby and allows her to find interest in the hobby. She is going to be an amazing pilot if/when she decided to get her PPL
Anyone know the story of conversations and/or removed videos? Love that you share this amazing experience not only with your daughter but also with us. I come to your page when I need some positivity. :)
1:00 Daughter asks a question about a Latin word (the meaning of cumulus). Went just about as high over daddy's head as the cloud itself 🙂 [sorry, couldn't help thinking that was funny].
I know this is comment #3 on this video but I just keep finding more to discuss. So I would like to go for a discussion here. Who here thinks she will end up as a pilot in the military? Also who thinks this guy should become an instructor (if he isn’t already)?
I think a child in the cockpit can be cute once in a while however, I sincerely hope she and your FB cameras never interfere with the safest possible operation of your jet aircraft.
There is always a lot of margin in the cockpit when Ruthless is working the radio, programming the FMS, flying, or whatever. When the margin goes away Dad takes over. I let other people fly my airplane all the time. You just need enough margin to absorb any mistakes they might make, if you don't have that margin then you don't let them fly. There is nothing unsafe about what is going on in that Citation.
I am a pilot, a retired FAA air traffic controller that worked at ADS Tower, and a father. This video is an example of irresponsibility. If a child in a booster chair that cannot see over the dash of a car was driving an automobile would your commenters write in the comments section, "Great Father"? | think not. Train your daughter on a simulator! I never let my kids do air traffic control at ADS.
@@clintmatheny5457 Except even when she's flying the plane, she's never the only one. The father is always the pilot in command. This is no different than teaching an adult to fly.
Dad's calm manner of speaking and teaching is fantastic.

"I'm getting better at this airplane stuff... " Oh my gosh, the cutest !! Such a awesome dad, what a lucky young lady...
I just love watching this young lady, so full of confidence encouraged by Dad.
Golden. She is so fast when she hears 730 Golf Yankee. She's on it immediately.
"I've got it" but dad jumps in lol. He did say the controller sounded busy so good idea there.
Ruthless is KILLING it!
Thank you both Ruthless and Daddy for bringing us smiles across the miles. ✈️❤
Hahaha "except for the new guy in--"
"--uhhh it's okay, it's okay."

When she turns 16, she will make her first solo flight in a 2-engine jet in IFR conditions 🙂

I love that she can pilot the crap out of an aircraft but doesn't know what not necessary means. I truly do love that for some reason lmao

"I'm getting better with this airplane stuff". cracked me up.
Ruthless is going to be an Airline Captain eventually, I wonder how many hours has she got flying already, I am obviously curious?
I'm glad these videos are being posted again, I've missed them. I hope to be watching more as the Ruthless Avaitor Girl's legs get long enough for her to reach the pedals.
I love this kid!!! She is so smart and so curious! Asking intelligent questions all the time! Lucky father!!❤️❤️
Always impressive how sharp Ruth is at the control panel. --- Thanks for the great upload. ---
The first response from ATC was "awesome!" I bet they love hearing from her! She's more professional than a lot of the professionals!
121 Captain here. Ruthless is better at this than some of my FOs. I can arrange for an interview whenever she wants. 😀
I forwarded your link to my granddaughter. she is the same age. great inspiration. anyone can do anything when they put their mind to it. it also helps to have a great supportive dad
RUTHLESS!!! :)!!! Jam up coms from a super cool chick. Thanks Dad! There is hope in the world. :)!!! As always, thank you for sharing.
Dad: The cumulous clouds are usually gonna be bumpy.
Ruthless: Yeaaaaaaaaaa! 🙂
When it's time to play with her friends does she respond, "Fly my Daddy's jet" when asked what she wants to do?🛩
"I am getting better at this airplane stuff" that made me giggle, she is very impressive and this will teach her flying the best way possible
I wish I had a Dad that walked me through flying. Good job Dad and Ruth, you make a good flight crew.

She is incredible!!! “I’m gettin better at this airplane stuff..” such great memories and hopefully the start of a career

Fantastic, Practice Practice ! Ruthless is Awesome ! Keep teaching the good lessons and she was adorable when she said she was getting better.
You guys ROCK!!! Keep the videos coming please!!! ❤
I never sub to channels but I remember watching the videos before they were taken down and thinking, “how could you not sub to this?” Glad to see you and Ruth back.

How old is she? Impressive....
This is my favorite channel, bar none. GET IT RUTHLESS!!!! :)
I want to know who is the "new guy" who doesn't cheer her on and put on my angry eyebrows.
I would also like to say props to dad! He is not really forcing his daughter to be interested in his hobby instead he involves her in the hobby and allows her to find interest in the hobby.
She is going to be an amazing pilot if/when she decided to get her PPL
Shame, I wish I could hear the lesson and conversation, hard to follow with captions. Happy flying to you both.
I predict your channel is getting ready to Explode! We love Ruthless! My grandmother was named Ruth.🥰
Agreed it's needs a million
“Bravo!” “Good Job”… awwww.
Heard her mention Addison Tower. Just started my commercial out of Addison. Hope to see you guys around some day!
Great job Ruthless Love watching you
"I'm getting good at this airplane stuff" - Just awesome 🙂
Dad of the year 😮😮😮
Anyone know the story of conversations and/or removed videos? Love that you share this amazing experience not only with your daughter but also with us. I come to your page when I need some positivity. :)
"So then what does this button do-"
**That was the ejection seat**
God bless you all🙌☀️
You and your daughter just earned a new subscription from me
Another great video. I hope she films when she gets her ppl.
If I ever have kids I want them to grow up like Ruth!
Missing this channel
Please continue to train her for the next gen of pilots...
1:00 Daughter asks a question about a Latin word (the meaning of cumulus). Went just about as high over daddy's head as the cloud itself 🙂 [sorry, couldn't help thinking that was funny].
when a 6 year old can fly a Jet, maybe there’s hope for me 😅
9:59 Than you for the FAA discussion. 😂
so inspiring
Hey, we're all learning Citation controls together. Great 😎🇬🇧👍🏻
"I'm getting better at this airplane stuff"
ATC operator made the mistake of disding Ruth so daddy spoke to the FAA About Xcelent
My daughter hated flying with me... Nice to see....
Good job dad
Good job Ruthless
shell be solo in a few years
Yep, she's getting really good at that stuff. But hey, I figured out how to switch my GPS from North up to track up yesterday so...lol
Curious, is this gentleman a professional pilot? Thx.
I'm honestly curious as to how they own or afford the jet and if it's a business of theirs. If not.. it should be!
Amazing...
Oh that new guy.......smh
I bet a year from now she could have her license
Her night landing was also impressive. Maybe she can do another one?👍
Aeroflot 593. Doesn't take much.
Daddys little girl
I know this is comment #3 on this video but I just keep finding more to discuss.

whats dyslexic??
This airplane stuff

and did you observe any evidence that this could/may occur?

I agree. We've seen enough children go for record breaking stunts in airplanes and end up on the losing end.
