This is T. Padilla Public Market, one of Cebu City's major markets that caters not only to its residents but to the nearby barangays as well such as Tejero, Tinago, and Day-as.
I had my experience here, buying fish and other basic commodities, that was when I lived in Brgy Tinago. I had to pass through small alleys and crossing Lopez Jaena and Bonifacio Streets, and the footbridge as well near the market. This is just a commonplace, a Cebuano's daily routine, and a down-to-earth experience.
