I believe the bridge at the middle of CCLEX and Marcelo-Hernan (Mactan-Mandaue Bridge built during FEM Sr. regime) is more identified as you have really land in Cebu :). I assure you among the three the center one has a beautiful panoramic view of the entire Cebu.
I didnt get lucky then. I tried Pochero it was just an Over Priced Bulalo spin off with no bone marrow and then I had Humba it tasted so Horrific. It was all fat and it was full of hair. That was in some old local restaurants.
