You two are fun to watch . Your personalities are genuine , friendly and your wife has a beautiful smile and a warm personality. You are a lucky man my friend.
Great reaction!! One of Skynyrd's best songs ever, written by one of the great songwriters from my home town Tulsa, OK....J.J. Cale, who also wrote Cocaine and After Midnight who Eric Clapton made famous! As Cale once quoted that "My music's gotten much more famous than me." He made a fortune off those two songs by Clapton and Call me the Breeze by Lynyrd Skynyrd!
So Skynyrd in Jacksonville couple years ago course it was just you know the Gary rossington the only one there you know from the original Ricky was there but I don't think Ricky is an original member myself I know he jumped in the Bear in there for a while and everything else can still but I actually the show was very good red white and blue and all that but man yeah what nothing like when Ronnie was going with him hard
Dad is the band the southern most southernmost rock and roll band you can get I don't know if there were the only ones but I always love them doing call me the breeze the original band call me the breeze man that's badass
That is Billy Powell on piano. May he RIP. And sing it my brother, that is how music is supposed to make you feel. I went to see them (not the original band) a couple of weeks ago. And the songs have stood the test of time long after their tragedy. But seeing you sing along with the lyrics and listening to you reaction made me smile. Keep it up. You need to freebird the live version from 1976. Peace friends.
The legendary Lynyrd Skynyrd, the best Southern Rock band ever! Period. This song was written and recorded by JJ Cale from his seminal blues album "Naturally." The great guitarists from the era all took their inspiration from JJ. Guys like Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana and the Dire Straits. Pick up the album and give it a listen. It will quickly become a favourite. Trust me! 🎸😎👌😉
Amazing when I see people who have never heard this song that I’ve known since I was a little girl in the ‘70s, but I love reaction videos. You two are so smart in your analysis of songs. It’s not super technical, but it is about the feelings songs provoke. I love it.
lynyrd skynyrd, allman brothers, marshall tucker band, the outlaws,38 special-man southern rock was a special moment in musical time never to be seen again-so glad i was in my 20's when all of this awesomeness was coming out. sweet times!very glad to see new people discovering this.great reaction!
If I remember correctly Breeze was a cover of an old blues tune (forget by whom). You should also check out 'Simple Man' , 'Freebird', and 'Ballad of Curtis Loew'. You won't be disappointed.
Waaaay back in the early and mid-1970s! Man! What an embarrassment of riches we had for rock and roll! All those _truly great_ bands who could play in concert just as good as they played in the studio. And today's generation wonders why we don't like rap and hip hop ... how can you like such inferior music when you grew up listening to bands like this??? 😉👌😎🎸
Forgive me if you are familiar with this saying but in case you are not aware when Ronnie was singing about Georgia Peaches he was referring to the beautiful women of Georgia.
Any Lynyrd Skynyrd song and I do mean everyone Lynyrd Skynyrd song is gold if classic it's awesome there's not a bad song if it says Lynyrd Skynyrd that's a damn good song damn hey but now listen maybe you should try coming home it's coming from the heart of Ronnie
I know this is coming a little late but, The state of Georgia is known for growing peaches. Because of that, Georgia peach has come to also refer to women from Georgia. That is what Georgia peach means in this song.
Check out their music from " One more from the road" The best live album i have ever heard. Most of it was recorded at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta Georgia. It is awesome. Love to see you guys react to Lynard Skynard.
IT'S A TRUCK- DRIVING SONG, THE SINGER'S DAD WAS A TRUCK DRIVER !! ... you guys should check out the life story of the band and the tragic plane crash that tore their lives apart.
Never get tired of listening to these boys.....was tragic when Ronnie Steve and Cassie passed away from the plane crash in 77. 6 weeks after Elvis was found dead. Sad year 77". The band named after their Basketball coach Leonard Skinner. J.J Cale did a cover of this and is not bad.
It's a song about a womanizer who won't be tied down to one woman or one place. Kind of fitting for a band that travels and meets a lot of female fans...
Thats the definition of southern rock.
Pretty good southern rock. Another nice song - You got that right
The great JJ Cale wrote this 💎
Billy Powell on piano. A genius.
He makes this song!

That would've been awesome, with Savio just sitting there watching her...and then he disappears, too!
And In Black& White!!!!
Awesome reaction
The piano solo was easy for Billy Powell.. he was a trained classical pianist..
JJ Cale wrote this song. Skynard's version is the cover.
Lynyrd Skynyrd- Simple Man. It has great meaning. You would love it
They could do anything and make it sound fun and easy....Billy Powell could hit those keys....I like your slogan” Uppercrust stuff.”
Yeah, dancing to this with someone you love would be nice.
"This is crazy!" :)
Has anyone told you what he means when he says Georgia peaches? He's talking about the women in Georgia.
Lynyrd Skynyrd drive this song home and another 'mellow' version would have to be J J Cale from his album 'Naturally'
love dove and incense.
Listen to That Smell. Great lyrics
FREEBIRD by LYNYRD SKYNYRD
If you enjoy southern rock and you haven't check them out yet, try The Allman Brothers.
Did you never react to free bird by this band. Their most famous tract?

I saw it to use reacting to a Lynyrd Skynyrd so I had to drop by and stick a damn big old phones up on that stuff
Hell Yeah...Roll Tide!
Georgia peaches means Hot Chicks
They should play " Swam Music " by Skynyrd
If you do "Free Bird" do the live Oakland 1977, you get a piano solo in that one.
Happy go lucky indeed! B
Song was written by JJ Cale...
someone should have warned you. that's southern rock, an' a guitar is gonna whack you in the ear, first thing.
Gary Rossington was having a blast on this one...he surely did live. I know...I saw him do it several times. Bravo!
Written by the great JJ Cale. Peace
