    You can't find a better explanation than this.
    A trick - you can sort out the combination of Leader-member relations, Task structure and position power using a binary truth table.

    just one doubt, so if I have a team of 5 so do I have to take LPC steps 5 times and take an average and then compare it with the graph diagram??

    According to my textbook Fiedler's theory is less flexible, but as per your data it is fixed, if it is less flexible then we can't consider it fixed or we can i don't understand this point ?
