Do you want to lose weight? 💚 CUCUMBER AND YOGURT SALAD 🥒🍅🥕 HEALTHY and LIGHT RECIPE!!!

📌INGREDIENTS FOR CUCUMBER SALAD AND YOGURT SAUCE:
✅ 1 TOMATO
✅ 1 CUCUMBER
✅ 1 CARROT
✅ 1 Tsp. SALT FLAKES
✅ 1 NATURAL YOGURT WITHOUT SUGAR
✅ JUICE OF ½ LEMON
✅ 1 Tbsp. EVOO
✅ FINE SALT to taste
✅ PEPPERMINT to taste
📝 PREPARATION:
1. Cut the tomato and cucumber into slices and the carrot into sticks.
2. In a bowl or salad bowl, place a first layer with the tomato slices and add a few flakes of salt and a pinch of mint on top (I add dried).
2. Cover the tomato slices with a second layer of cucumber slices.
3. Spread the carrot sticks over the cucumber.
4. PREPARE THE SAUCE or DRESSING by putting the yogurt, a pinch of fine salt and mint, lemon juice and olive oil (EVOO) in a bowl. Mix with a whisk until the sauce emulsifies.
5. Pour the yogurt sauce over the salad and sprinkle a pinch of mint on top to decorate.
And now you have this healthy, light and delicious salad ready. I usually prepare it sometimes for dinner.
