Wow 8s dude 😱 I can see why they only last 4-5min lol. Do you drift or speed run it? These solids will last you way longer. Will be interesting to see how much longer. 8s is quite beastly indeed. 🤣
@@semadragun thanks man appreciate it. That’s a tough choice, but if you have a basher already, then go with the Infraction for a street truck. I absolutely love mine and the best part of it is, it doesn’t break every run 🤣. With either truck, you’ll have a blast bud. 😎👌🏼
@@WestOzRC Many thanks amigo. I recently sold my old basher to help fund new one. Will be mostly street bashing but the Mojave keeps calling me in case i want to go off road. ☺
That sounds like a sick build Max. It’s definitely gonna need some solids for it to last. See if you can find a company that deals is molded rubber to help you out in your area.
Thats actually a pretty good idea for the tires to glue some hard rubber on the old ones to use them longer instead of buying always new ones. I laso just found a company who sold tire rubber stripes EPDM 65+ shore and just bought 30 meters for like 80$ Which will be much cheaper and probably last much longer then the stock tires. Can't wait to try it out, thx again an keep up the sliding :D.
Thanks brother. That’s great news. Just be sure the glue the joint down well. I used rubber strips before in my original test video but they did come loose and that’s why I went with the rubber sleeves. The ones I have in this video are 65+ shore in hardness too but I may go down to 55-60 so to make them a bit more grippy. I find they have to get pretty hot before they start to hook up but I guess that’s the fun part. Good luck bro and keep me posted on your progress. I will also have a new video up soon on a new set I’m building. 🤙🏼😎

Screaming of tyres is a physics thing. The heavier the vehicle on the rubber the more it screams due to friction. These are made of real tyre rubber but because the Infection isn’t heavy enough to make them scream, it sure does smoke and I’d rather smoke than scream 😃👍🏼.
