    I'm an old fart(53) metal player. I really like what this EART company is doing. Making it affordable to have a quality instrument. Some are hit an miss with QC. Sometimes they have flaws that are easily fixable. Some do come out of the box with unfixable flaws or damage. Thats unfortunate. But the majority of these EART guitars are killer for what you spend. I'm super happy that I found another cool guitar channel. Very cool. Love and blessings from Texas. Subscribed 🎸🎶❤☺👍

    I bought the Eart gw2 standard based mostly on your videos. Ido like that older shape tho. After your bridge video i pulled the trig. Im a mechanical construction dude so I'm not afraid to fixand work on stuff. Love your channel man. Very happy with the purchase, i bought the all black sandblasted one. Im thinking about sanding off black and leaving it in the woodgrain then staining a real dark red or something. I'm just over 2yrs in on learning and I recently now work from home so I play a lot everyday. This guitar is so comfortable for sitting at my desk and just grabbing it constantly while reading specs or plans or whatever.

      Im sure there a lot of people that got good ones just like the regular gw2 some got good ones and some got ones with a lot of issues. In the end everything was fixable but for someone without the skill it would cost money to get playable or be a return.

    Eart guitars are dollar for dollar the best guitars on the market with caveats. They make a fantastic neck and the fretwork is insanely good. I have owned 70 guitars or so and every one of them needed a fret leveling and some work to get them to play well, so don't ever expect any guitar under $2000 to be perfect. I'm also going to be honest and tell you that every Eart I own needed a fret leveling to get no buzz 1.5 mm off the low e 12th fret. I do it myself so it doesn't cost me anything but spend the extra money and get it properly leveled and crowned and you have an instrument that rivals almost anything on the market for a fraction of the price.

    Good review. I'm surprised they left the body that thick. Many in that style are going for the thin and minimal cut.

  • @hristoistoyanov

    The new bridge increased the cost (compared to the previous model). I think the barrel -style bridge has some patent, so it renders headless guitars more expensive. But it is a better bridge IMO...
    The other issues you reported are actually not small for a $420 guitar. I will pass.

      @Stratisfied22 27 дней назад

      I'm really interested to hear why you feel a zero fret doesn't last. It allows the open strings to sound like they are fretted but what it's best for is taking the string height in relation to the nut out of the equation with the nut mainly being used to hold the proper spacing. A genius move back in the day to get a better playing instrument in the hands of the buyer and speeding up production as nut work can take a bit of time. I think all production guitars should use a zero fret .
