There is nothing wrong in needing medication for anxiety. A lot of people take anti-anxiety medication. I was on anti-anxiety medication for years until I was able to find a way to deal with the situation realistically and then once I dealt with the situation, I didn't need the meds anymore. We have to get rid of this stigma about meds. It's ridiculous. There is no shaming in needing help with things. The brain is an organ like the rest of the body. I'm so proud of Clay for speaking up about this subject since it's so taboo. It makes me mad that it's so taboo because it shouldn't be.
