I started the new year off with a 30 day journalling challenge - I’ve never been one for journalling and have always failed miserably at letter writing :( As you say I’m getting 1% better each day and managed to ramble on for 4 x A5 pages yesterday. Even though my 30 days are up, I’ve still kept going :)

Wow your progress was astonishing. I am thinking about doing a 30 day treadmill challenge, some days I may only do 5 minutes if I have had a particularly hard day at work, I am afraid of failing but what’s the worst that can happen my 30 day challenge may take me a few months but at least I get on it, right? 😊
Thank you! I say DO IT!! I found that working out first thing in the morning brings me more success than waiting to see how I feel after working all day. Give yourself something to work for and make it a game. If you haven't watched the video I did on walking 15,000 steps a day for 152 days, you might find that encouraging.
