im having this same issue, i have 3 of this monitor and only 1 of them is having this issue, it comes and goes, i think it has to do with g-sync as well. idk
Fuck LG monitors they're bad because of this i bought 1 it had this issue returned it and when it came back in 1 week it started with the black screen again i just got a refund and bought a samsumg odyssey which is better in alot of ways

I am having this problem as well, i fixed it with a freesync issue for cod, but when i try to play hogwarts legacy or forza, its doing this again.

I’ve returned the monitor. Not an uncommon issue amongst lg monitors. Best of luck.

After months of back and forward with retailer, problem was found to be a faulty motherboard.
I'll be staying away from LG products.
