'Wake Up Dead', which is the first song off the second album, "Peace Sells... But Who's Buying", simply grabs you by the short hairs and kicks you in the ass. Perfect song to open an album with. A few notes. There are 10 different riffs, plus or minus depending on how you count what as a separate riff. Most songs have half that many riffs or less and repeat riffs more than once. Here, as Dave moves to a new section of the song, the riff played before is not replayed. The song is about Dave cheating on the woman he was living with because he was in love with another woman at the time. But because Dave had no home, nowhere else to go, he could let her know. If she had found out he would 'Wake Up Dead'.
Would you be willing to react to BABYMETAL again? I would recommend starting with recent performances of Megitsune, Monochrome, and Mirror Mirror from their their Begins Black and Clear Night concerts they held last April.
