Grounding was what was missing in barefoot industry. I'm so glad it's starting to be a thing!

U r 100% grounded on concrete provided the concrete is just on top of the earth, so yes sidewalks are conductive. Side note. I just discovered grounding a couple months ago and what a blessing. The biggest factor for me now is listening for several years to my wife with sleep apnea. Her breathing magically became stable and when we slept at our daughter’s house one night and my wife forgot her sleeping mat her breathing was again very erratic not to mention how her face/skin looked in the AM. She proved beyond a shadow of doubt that this is a must for every electrical being! I will never be without my grounding pillow and mats either. IE: pain and mood noticeably improved! Watch the earthing movie, it’s free here on RUclips and Prime. ❤

An electrician would wear shoes with a rubber sole to protect themselves. By the way the majority of people before modern days had to wear leather shoes. So the idea of "grounded footwear" has existed for a long time.
If youre worried about lightning unfortunately it will pass through any type of shoe. Its better for someone to be inside a car or building in that scenario.

In order for our bodies to become positively charged, we’d have to be constantly losing electrons somehow?

      Correct.

    • @standardtuning4guitars423

when grounding our bodies absorb electrons from the ground. We need this gentle DC current to perform optimally. Every part of the body has an electrical aspect that becomes dysfunctional if not grounding.

    • @awesomelife3710

If your floor is baked and coated ceramic tile, you won’t be grounded. If your floor is covered with carpet: no grounding. If it’s manufactured “wood,” vinyl or any other manmade material: no. Even real wood is non-conductive. So if you sleep on a marble, stone, unpainted and unvarnished concrete floor, gravel or dirt floor: you’re grounding.

I would love to incorporate my designs for my yoga studio with a floor that incorporates copper conductive channels in sacred geometric patterns to enable grounding while taking class with bare feet. Also with Himalayan salt brick walls backed by heated lighting exposed to a humidifier. This in theory would produce increased negative ions in the room.

Before you say grounding is not that important maybe watch a video by Dr Sinatra, Clinton Ober or Gary Brecka. If you care about blood circulation, injury healing, mental health etc its fundamental to life. In your video you are using smart watches & phones. It shows you have a limited awareness of latest scientific research out there. Everyone smoked tobacco at one point so just following the crowd does not equal good health.

This vid didn’t show enough proof these actually ground you. I would need more result testing and info.
Ps. If your going to lay in the grass to ground you better do a “tick” check when your done. Grounding will help you…ticks will kill you.

I've seen another test at some pint with these shoes and they weren't conductive...in the frame where she is apparently wearing the shoes and the tester's light is green you can't see her other foot so it could have easily be faked (by being barefoot on the grass with the other foot), I would take this review with a grain of salt and I would advise when doing these sort of tests for an online audience to always show all of you in the shot because it doesn't really inspire trust like this.

But grounding isn't going to fix chronic nutrient deficiencies which most of America suffers with, and tries to ignore with drugs and useless medical procedures. Simple stuff like.... 11 terrible symptoms associated with D3+K2 severe deficiencies. That's just scraping the surface.
