- We now come to the culmination of all redemptive history-the second coming of Jesus Christ. After history runs its sinister course, after the final period of man’s rebellion, Satan’s retaliation, and God’s judgment, the end of the world will come. But the end of this world will actually be the beginning of a new one. The event that hinges these together is the future coming of Christ to the earth. Let’s consider five aspects of His return, spoken of here and throughout Scripture.

The Son of He who sits on the throne
In Rev. 21:5-7 John wrote, “Then He who sat on the throne said, ‘Behold, I make all things new’ --- ‘Write, for these words are true and faithful.’ --- ‘It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.’ --- ‘He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.”
The son of the Alpha and the Omega who sits on the throne will inherit all things. It is the son of the Alpha and the Omega who sits on the throne who overcomes in the following verses:
> Rev. 3:21 “To him who overcomes, I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I as overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.”
> Rev. 3:12 “He who overcome, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the City of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I write on him My New Name.”
> Rev. 3:5 “He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.”
> Rev. 2:26-28 “And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations --- He shall rule them with a rod of iron; They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels’ --- as I also received from My Father; and I will give him the morning star.”
> Rev. 2:17 “To him who overcomes I will give some of hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it.”
> Rev. 2:11 “He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.”
> Rev. 2:7 “To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.”
> Rev. 19:12-13. “He had a name written that no one knew except Himself, ---. And His name is called ‘ ‘The Word of God’.”
He that had a name written that no one knew except Himself is the son of the Alpha and the Omega who sits on the throne. This is why “He had a name written that no one knew except Himself, ---. And His name is called ‘The Word of God’.” He who overcome that will be given power over the nations in Rev. 2:26-28, is the man Child born from the woman who is to rule all nations with a rod of iron in Rev. 12:5, and is He Himself will rule them (nations) with a rod iron in Rev. 19:15. He who overcome that will be given power to rule the nations will the King of kings and Lord of lords, as written in Rev. 17:14 > “These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings.”
The Lamb in ‘The Revelation’ is the Son of the Alpha and the Omega who sits on the throne. - Amen

His coming will be seen around the world, like an approaching comet or meteor. Unfortunately for many, Not an extinction-level event!
Vs. 19-21
When Jesus's 4 closest disciples came out of the temple with Him and asked # When will His coming be and# What would the signs be, He answered them in Matt 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21

There is only one way that the whole world will see him,its because the earth if flat.
Revelation 7:1, states: “And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree”.
A globe has no corners.
Lord Jesus told His followers on the Olivet discourse that some standing there would see His Return. He appeared in the Glory of the Father as God had during the old covenant with a destroying army directed by His Hand. Remember Jesus said the Father had at Jesus disposal over 12 legions of angels (messengers). Guess how big the army of Titus that sacked Jerusalem was fellow believers, you guessed it over 12 legions to avenge the blood of the martyrs.
@@unibokk I`m not wishing to be confrontational but in Matthew 24:3 the word that you have interpreted as "World" is, in fact, "Age". It is the Greek word Aionos. It is commonly understood today by many that we have entered into a new age. It began about year 2000. So, what I believe is that we have come to the end of the Church Age and begun the Kingdom Age, although we must not confuse the English word "church" and it`s sad history with the biblical Greek word Ekklesia, which has the meaning "Called Out Ones". And that`s a game changer. Jesus said to the Pharisees, who were largely hypocrites, that the Kingdom of God does not come by observation, therefore, those Jews who were expecting some triumphant, martial overthrow of the Romans could not, because of their literal insistance, receive the King who came lowly, riding on a donkey`s colt when he appeared. How long this present age will last I don`t know but I believe it to be the last, and it will usher in the Kingdom in it`s fullness. Righteousness peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. Mick.

This is why attention to detail in scriptural interpretation is vital. As you have agreed, the word is presence or appearing (Greek= Parousias) . This word carries the meaning or, at least, the inference of meaning, that His appearing will be in the same way that He ascended, in a cloud. He had already given rise to the resurrection of the departed saints and at the ascension returned to heaven with them as the cloud of witnesses. Remember what the men in white linen said at that point. "This same Jesus who has been taken from you into heaven will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into heaven." Now he had ascended in the cloud of witnesses and they in Him, being now fully one in spirit, and He will return in the same way in US! As His kingdom is manifested on the earth there will be, I believe over this next age, however long that will be, an unstoppable presence manifesting in His people, for we are His saints now, inasmuch, I suppose, as we are transformed by the renewing of our minds. The end of the Church Age does not mean anyone is excluded by reason of keeping some of their man made church traditions but as the Holy Spirit reveals present truth to them they will come into the same awareness, liberty and destiny that thousands are beginning to experience today.
You will, I`m sure be aware that Matthew 24 is believed to be a description of the end of the Judaic system of Law and worship accomplished in the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple by Titus' Roman army. I believe this occurred in A.D.70 exactly as Jesus prophesied in Matthew. The Jews referred to the Temple in Jesrusalem as "Heaven and Earth", The first two courts being Earth, and the Holy of Holies, Heaven. So literally they passed away. That was the end of the Old Covenant Age.
I think "world" can be interpreted as this world sytem, that which will be replaced by the Kingdom Of God.
"Church" of course is a man made construction, scribes having usurped the original "Ekklesia" which has the meaning "Called Out Ones". The Greek suggests a small gathering (two or three) for the purpose of government, in this particular application, government of earth from heaven where we are seated together in Christ.
If you assume that every saint does not go through a period of great tribulation in the deconstruction of an old wineskin mentality in order to be transformed in their mind to embrace a new one, I can tell you from experience that you are mistaken. However, the good news is that the wine is not spilled.

Jay Z is God of the Earth in Revelation 11:4 (or Apocalypse 11:4 depending on what country your Bible is printed) and more. I know this and other secrets because I am Christ. I know that because I got a tattoo of the name Jesus on my thigh when I was 17 and when I was 25 I read Revelation 19:16 which says on His robe and thigh is a name written: king of kings lord of lords.
Let`s remember that the Revelation is written in symbols. This is evident by the prologue in which John writes, "He sent and SIGNIFIED it by HIs angel to His servant John." The word "signified" illustrates that the book is written in symbolic language. Therefore let us not be unwisely led into literal interpretations. Don`t be afraid to read it but keep an open mind. God is good and loves all mankind with an unimaginable love since we are all HIs children from eternity, created before time began. People have unfortunately made Him out to be a cruel and ruthless tormentor for any who do not toe the line. He is the God of grace, inexhaustible grace and Jesus has abolished death. 2 Timothy 1:10
@Thor Odinson Thor, if I wandered lonely as a cloud literally, I'd be cold, wet and suffocating. As it is we are surrounded by a cloud (real souls..figurative name) of witnesses.
