I've definitely heard about this a few years ago when a lady was having respiratory problems from heating up the vinyl. I've been totally concern about that since. I'm thinking about switching over to air dry paints for this matter. There needs to be talk about the dangers and health risks of heating up the doll vinyl. We need more awareness
