Can you inform and show the coral reefs that bleached about 3-5 years ago?

Thanks for not telling us what we can do about it if we act soon. I think we're all beyond that by now.

The latest report from Australia says the Great Barrier Reef is in the best condition it's been in in decades.

Yea dude it’s ridiculous. They act like coral bleaching is a horrific problem caused by climate change and we’re all doomed. What they neglect to tell us is that bleaching is a normal process and the coral comes back. 😂

@@LightsaberGoBrrrrrr It is not a normal process.
Mass coral bleaching on a global scale are happening more often as time passes and they actually result in wiping out most of the reefs: when zooxantelle leaves the coral, if the stress condition is not mitigated, they don't come back and the coral dies because of hunger.
Just a few photos of the reefs before and after the bleaching should make you understand what you said is false.

    Sunscreen is the culprit.

Honestly, so many snorkelers put on sunscreen then dive down. Snorkelers and/or swimmers should at least start using less harmful sunscreens

If it's killing off coral reefs just imagine what it's doing to people using these toxic skin care products.

Coral reefs have been found to be iron deficient already in 1980. This limits symbiotic organisms living on the coral reefs, and therefore their protection.
We may be throwing them a lifeline by iron fertilization around coastlines, to withstand the heat and acidity.
The bleaching is literally the death of these iron deficient organisms on the reefs
