The reason why the banks still want you to have a card is because of the transaction fees. If you spend a million dollars a year they’re still making 20k off of you.
Most of the profit these companies make profit off of the transaction fees more than getting people into debt. The people in debt go into default and don’t pay it off at all often.

There's a financial system that is prosperous. And there's a financial system that disastrous for most (credit) because we're not raised how it works. And because of that most most Americans are in financial slavery. Once enslaved you go deeper and deeper into debt. We rob Peter to pay Paul. The said part of this is we past this to our offspring. Buy the time our children reach 21 to 25 there in financial trouble. And because the parents didn't teach the offspring discipline with credit. A whole generation is doomed. And the vicious cycle continues 😢

A aton i have a question I remember in the past you stated that we should max out our retirement SAVINGS I just want a little bit more clarity since I know you know what you’re talking about. I have a TSP the new rate 2023 is going to be 23,000 so should I put 16,000 in my TSP as a traditional deferred and put $7000 into a Roth IRA to equal 23,000. I just wanna make sure if this strategy makes sense. I’ve been working for many years not utilizing my retirement fund in the correct way. I know better now and I wanna do better so I’m asking someone that I know that no better, thank you

But CDs, save, budget and live a moderate lifestyle. Don't believe the hype. The cash back cards that black celebrities are promoting will lead to poverty and disappointment. The cashback doesn't really help when you only make minimum payments on high interest (20-29%) unsecured debt. If you can't pay cash, you probably don't need it. I'll take the CD at 5% to 5.4%, with the FDIC insurance.

So sad. So happy God made me gay.. can't imagine the struggles of raising children. I think there are a lot of others who didn't want to have children either and just did it because of naggy society. Good luck y'all.
