I love that you did this topic! My bf dumped me at the beginning of this year, but I’ve been trying to keep my self love at its HIGHEST ❤ I decided this year would be dedicated to becoming my own best friend and strengthening relationships that I might of neglected while in that toxic relationship. Even in a month, you can improve SO much. And you can enjoy Valentines Day alone or with a partner, I will be making heart shaped cake pops for my friends and take them to the movies 🎉

Hey hun, you'll be fine! Definitely do some glowing up activities, it really helps. I changed my hair colour and did a hairstyle I've never done, I got my nails done and bought different styles of clothes, and I took myself out to some nice places and it was amazing!!! I'm rooting for you🥰🥂

Fernanda, I love all your enthusiastic ideas and positivity sm! For Valentine’s Day, I’m planning on dyeing my hair pastel pink, going on a fancy solo-date, and singing at a widely-known open mic by myself. I’ve never dyed my whole head, but I feel brave enough to do that. I feel like I’m in that hot girl era even if not everyone approves of what I do bc who cares?! We should definitely normalize going on more solo dates esp on Valentine’s Day bc not everyone gets it - it’s sad that most people think you need to be with a man to go on every single nice date with and they find it odd for anyone to go out to a nice restaurant by themself. It’s like regardless of relationship status, everyone deserves to be happy doing things alone that couples would also enjoy doing together. Anyway, just a rant and wanted to express gratitude for the work and passion you put into your videos!

Omg yesss!!! The Mountain is You is the first book that i read at the begging of my healing/self actualization/ self growth era. I have an enite journal filled with notes and journal entries from that 1 book alone and the more I go back and re-read it i get a new perspective and gain more knowledge. For example I always thought that being a perfectionist was a really good thing for me (because I saw it as me always ensuring that i put out my best self and best work) but after reading that i did get to see how perfectionism hampered me from doing things that i really wanted to do; like starting my own business.

Honestly, I've always had a full schedule either hanging out with some friends or having my dance clasess etc ... This year i really want to take time for myself, be alone, take myself on dates! And learn to say no for coffees and going out :) i feel like thats exactly what i need to get to know myself better and to grow. So this episode is perfect for me, i really enjoyed it while cooking some vegatable rizotto :D xoxo

In Brazil, Valentines only happens on June… Funny or not that’s my birthday month lol (4 days before Valentines)!! 😂
Galentines wouldn’t work in our context, because our Valentines is called “dia dos namorados” which translates to “day of the couples” (not literally, but there isn’t an accurate translation to this from Portuguese)! I remember when I saw this foreigner family celebrating Valentines (they’re from the US, but live in my city) with all the kids and not understanding, but then they explained that on their channel (but the mom and dad also went to a separate date to celebrate)! Also, I don’t think Brazilian parents would be happy with one more day to purchase gifts to their kids (aside from Christmas and birthday, “Children’s day” is a huge thing in here and happens on October)! I love your videos 😂❤
