  • The Anchor Hitch is a super secure fender knot which tightens on itself when load is applied. It is really simple to tie, all you need is two round turns. One over the top of the item you are securing your fender to and the second one on top of the first.
The Anchor hitch will become really tight making it hard to undo after load has been applied, making it a great option if you are away for a long time and what you fenders to be in same place when you return.
If you are looking to learn additional options to secure your fenders why not check out our fender knot play list which has a variety of options for you to consider.

I have to pulley my kayak to (and off) the second floor emergency staircase... this will definitely come handy when I need to free one hand!
