This is the easiest part for me. I can even speak if there is no topic given. That means if something is said I can retell it a hour long if i wish to. This technique I learnt from my previous company where I was given topics which didn't have any matter to speak about. The best part was my management used to ask me keep the employees occupied with your lecture for hours together. Guess what i was good at it. I didn't go off topic as well

just one correction: do not hmmmm, and aaaahh because you will lose marks for lack of oral fluency.. it's better to work on your pace and make sure you take notes..
