I’m pretty sure they are selling wholesale to this guy. He’s coming in to buy several watches so they are willing to cut him a deal because of the volume he’s purchasing.
These are booths on 47th & 5th Ave. street in NYC. The diamond district. Many buildings there are not stores but more like lobby’s where different vendors lease counters/booths. You can see many watch dealers on the same floor.
