Well now that I've watched the whole thing. That was far from the worst thing that happened!
Unfortunately, this game doesn't have medicine tech. Because after all those vigorous research with Hogne you could've unlocked something like penicilline in the 9th century.
Just an FYI, you can’t take landed characters as concubines.
I love these CK2 series you have going. Just a shame it's only twice a day!

Arumba I think you would look a lot better with the Iron Crown of Lombardy on your head instead of this crappy one that smith made you. Just thinking of the fine treasures you could get from raiding.

I got a coughing fit because of my laughter at Arumbas multiple mutilations. CK2 ist truly a masterpiece of a game^^.
Well to be fair, when comparing raiding speed, you hadden gotten 150 ducats when you looked, you had gotten 210 ducats +1 concubine, and the only reason it wasn't 355 is that the lady is too poor. Remember to include the ransom cost from people captured when you seige the holding completely down.
Raiding is soooo much fun!
Especially when you get fuel for the great blot.
I feel dirty just for watching this.
I think Arumba felt the need to make up for all the episodes that he didn't have vassals in this one O_O

Just did Got land cus i felt inspired to play some ck2 again, got it by 917. Got delayed heavily by 3 chars dying in rapid succession and big civil wars after every death.

I'm playing a game starting at the Alexiad as Alexios Komnenos. I've reformed the Roman Empire. I'm on my 6th Basileus/Emperor. Everyone of them has been maimed in some way. Alexios was one-eyed, one-legged, and one-handed(achievement Scarrrrrred for life). His son Euphemios was a eunuch thanks to his inept physician. His son Eudoxios was one-eyed. His son Ioannes was one-eyed. His son Stephanos was one-handed. And finally my current ruler Emperor Dionysios "the Frog" of the Roman Empire. A real nice somewhat ugly guy is one-handed.
So I kinda feel for that guy
To take one of your prisoners as a concubine, you need to do the Take Concubine interaction with _yourself_ since they count as being in _your_ court, not their own.

Yeah you can but your landed vassals get to vote on him, too, so unless you have few to no landed vassals, it's not a guarantee that your pick will inherit.
Best spending of 300 piety ever
Any good start for role playing. (a dinasty who never goes to war only for their liege and they always help the dinasty liege. The only way to having lands is if liege want to)

How old is your laptop? The game originally came out in 2012, and doesn't require a powerful graphics card like most games do.
My PC is 8 years old and can run it fine.
