I lived in Colorado back in the 70s. It was believed to be the safest place in the nation, being in the middle of the continent. All the major military bases are there, including NORAD. 🌹 Thank you for this rare episode. 🌹

    Brilliant dialogue:
    "What were you looking for?"
    "Whatever it is you're hiding."
Then later, the woman doktor comes in to find whatever it is he is hiding.

    Airplanes used as bombs,
    nuclear war,
the president gives a speech & mentions "Pearl Harbor," 14:40
ambassador Chertoff (Michael Chertoff author of Patriot Act)

Yeah, poor man's missiles (planes used as missiles) to mislead people, using Muslim patsies, with the Mossad/CIA pulling the strings.
A real powerful organization (not "Al quaeda"!) would have done the same as in this episode. Plant nuclear devices all over the USA and demand that the US leadership stops its wars of terror on the outside world, Muslim world mostly.
It would have been a poweful argument to make the US comply.
But, once the US has agreed to withdraw its forces from invaded countries, set off the bombs anyway to avoid future US agressions.
It would create such an internal chaos, that the US would be unable to wage outside wars for a long time, may be for ever.
This scenario is quite possible, but not probable.

$10.00 for a watch band? Well, in 1951 a $10. dollar bill had about the same buying power as a $98.52. today. 2019. and the year before in 1950 $10 same buying power = to $106.28 in today's 2019 money.. $7.76 difference with in a year. I say WOW!! 68 years ago.

This series, it seems, gave free advertising time to some products just by failing to mask over branding on some props. Case in point: the pack of Pall Mall cigarettes. In another episode, it appeared as if the actors were guzzling down some Schlitz beer.

+MrUhwoody ABC could've made more money by collecting more money for advertising top brands of alcohol and tobacco products, and then have more to invest in better programs and wider visibility in smaller markets... for better ratings!!!

Schlitz beer is one of the main reasons many of these shows happened. Of course as a fan of back and watch movies an TV show, I would have liked to see more episodes at better quality :) They sure are clever, these writers...
