In the real-world people work for big companies to learn the business processes and steal big business customers. Many people don't shop at the big box stores. While working for a big company they do quiet quitting. The objective is to promote small business. Government won't put in any regulations to stop this mindset

No story is needed. It's boldly obvious! If you get in an accident in America or make any mistakes or get divorced. Your financial life and your social life are over! You will never recover. America is extremely oppressive and has crushed me for being skilled at something they worked to lower quality standards. This country has become increasingly run by bureaucrats pushing hard on affirmative action. Pushing quality down! Pushing out the highest skilled workers because of the color of their skin. I've been told so many times that I couldn't be on a job because I'm white. Now I'm disabled and life in America is impossible! I don't get disability because I'm a white guy. Nobody wants to hear that story! They want to believe it's not true.
