It's so stressful moving through a world that isn't built with us in mind and isn't forgiving until we ask for -- or demand -- accommodations. And also stressful to work through things without even realizing we're working against our neurotype! I also wholly agree with what Satu said about not wishing anyone told her anything about tarot when she first started. Even though it's a lot to sift through resources that don't work for us, it's so joyful when we do find what works!
Hi 👋 As a neurodivergent person myself, I really enjoyed listening to you two, I resonated with so many points you talked about 😊 I agree with letting the spirit speak through you and that tarot is a tool and certain cards will mean different things based on specific readings, decks and ppl you read for. Putting first what your intuition, guides, ancestors are guiding you to say is crucial otherwise one can get stuck in their head and the flow is broken. I also have experience getting a deck because the art was so beautiful (the creator doesn't know anything about tarot or very little) and then the messages juat don't come through the cards. So now I make sure that the creator knows tarot or collabs with someone who does.
