I appreciate your sanity, to recognize that. Although I have found the subject very helpful, I will also acknowledge that one does not necessarily have to be part of a religion to recognize the efficacy and indeed sanity of a portion of it.

I get so mad when I see people not following the rules of social distancing and staying at home. (my neighbors) and ignoring the rules of compassion for others. This calmed me down. I might need to hear it again in an hour......
