Yeah this whole video comes down to making the viewer believe they are the 'social personality'. As if the person with an 'antisocial personality' doesn't believe they are the one with a 'social personality'. Also it's kinda nasty they assume people aren't dynamic beings that can change. Sure there are people who do have anti social disorders, but not 20% of the population lol.
TLDR: Hang out with positive people.
Yes, but negative people, pathological, like narcissists who can't admit it, are not happy and of high morale, like these 'antisocials'. Unlike the people described here, they have anhedonia, or often the inability to feel pleasure. This doesn't stop them sailing along through life, but it often means they lose and don't value what they have gained.
Deceptive in its simplicity, but works in application.
Fake news as and introvert and anti social doesn't mean i don't like others or that i dont want them to succeed.

This video is correct. Yes, you may be negative sometimes and make mistakes. But, it's about your basic motivations in life. Do you generally try to encourage or destroy? Do you try to treat others with respect? I see some people on here trying to confuse the premise.

Cant argue with that. I totally get the artistic side. Ive had people, go out of their way to leave negative comments on my Instagram, and when i look at their work, they have nothing or its awful. Its a coping mechanism for people i guess.

Life my friend is only as complicated as we make it. A wise man taught me that.
It's not me it is someone else, I knew it. It was only one of the 20% that said the problem was me.
Nobody , even if they are related "deserves" anything from you. Or "deserves" to be in our life.... Especially if the relationship is toxic. You do not "owe" anybody , anything. It is your right to live a happy, healthy life, and you most definitely "owe" it to yourself. and you deserve that trust me. And you don't owe them an explanation either, it's your life. Sometimes the people closest to you hurt you the most. And that is not natural, their energy simply doesn't mix with yours, its ok to create your own life how you see fit to be healthy. If they fool you once, shame on them, but fool you twice? Cut it off. It's your health!
I'm worried my friends think I'm suppressing them because I'm a quiet person. People sometimes think I'm anti-social and not paying attention when I'm just nervous and trying to think of something to say.
Don’t worry about what you do or say. It should come naturally. I’m sure your friends are great but maybe you need to expand your range and meet some people that have same interests as you. And if you think your friends are good for you then just don’t feel stress or pressure to say anything. That’s when the wrong words come out.

I am just now (29year old widow) diving into Scientology. It feels like there is just so much info that I don’t know where to start. I watched the Hubbard story, this video and one other but any tips are appreciated! It’s harder for me to get out to a building with 2 young kids, and the closest Scientology building to me is almost 2 hours away.
