tip: daud's blink can pause time, so if you jump and hold blink, you can freeze time midair, which could be useful when trying to get to higher up places
lucipurr___ I was going to mention this myself, since I had heard about that with this DLC, but I have never actually played it myself so I didn't know if it was true or not. Apparently it is though! :) Daud's Blink is superior. Honestly, I thought it was weird Corvo's COULDN'T do that in the main game but whatever. I imagine you can get up to all kinds of wonky business jumping in one direction, then mid air time freeze blinking in a completely different direction. Like jump out a window, land in a different window of the same wall.
Derpy Poodle Except I was talking about when I was playing the main game, and the DLC wasn't even part of the equation yet. It just seemed like the logical thing to do with the Blink power from a gameplay functionality perspective, and Corvo simply never does it, not even with an upgrade. Daud doing it can be attributed to his experience from a lore perspective, yeah, but it just seems like it should have been part of the game all along.
Gagoushou But if you've seen the Dishonored 2 trailer, you would also know that each person with the Outsiders mark has their own individual powers. As Emily's blink is different from Corvo's, and Daud's. The Outsider is a weird dude.
Derpy Poodle I believe it's more to do with how the same powers bestowed upon people by the Outsider react differently depending on the host, but I could be wrong.
Bleeters I doubt his opinion of Dishonored will change after this playthrough since it's pretty much the same (and that's coming from someone who loves the game)
Robert Tofil Definitely, I'm not judging the game here but stating that since it took him one year to pick up the story again due to his frustration, maybe this ending will be a second strike for him. PacManAction I agree that both of them are good but I like Daud better as well.
I love that you get into the trouble of extra editing, adding sound effects music fast forwarding, flashbacks...I don't think people appreciate it as much as it deserves
Cry: "This might be a little mean." *Spawns assassin next to killing machine* *Assassin dies horribly* Cry: "That was a little mean.." Me: *Dies of laughter* THAT. WAS. AMAZING.
With remembering how much the comments were during the original, and how MGS3 went. I say, a 20:80, with 20 being the VERY FEW people today not complaining how he plays, and 80 being,"Cry, your doing all of this horribly wrong you stupid dummy!! You do this and that and this, dammit"!
I like how you snuck the "Down With The Sickness" thing into the video. I'm also very excited about you playing this; a few of my best memories from RUclips was sitting up to 3 o'clock, watching you play Dishonored. Thank you.
Cry: *falls into the endless void after messing up a blink* "that's a sign of good things to come" me: yes. yes it is. and I'm looking forward to every single fuck up because to me that makes any play through 100 times more entertaining xD
I never thought you'd go back to Dishonored after that disappointing anticlimactic ending on your playthrough, but THANK YOU FOR RECONSIDERING. I love Daud's story more than Corvo's. Another series to wait for every night(I don't know your schedule so I just wait for whatever vid you upload at a certain time at night) :D
I dunno if you knew this already Cry but there are atleast three different endings to Dishonored and it mostly depends on how you play the game. If you played as a pacifist assasin by not killing anyone and just KOed them like what you were doing, you basically got that kind of ending. But if you played either being a neutral (50% killing and 50% not killing) or chaotic assassin (killing everyone and anyone even all the rats), you get a whole lotta different endings from what you just saw.
Does anyone think Cry would play Spec Ops: The Line? He _is_ Playing Mass Effect (i know that series ended.), after all. I think the game would be quite good for Cry.
gavinrichard ladd I-.. I'm playing Mass Effect? You mean I have played it? Because I did play it ages ago off-cam, the entire series, and loved it. Though I tried Spec Ops and I personally just can't get into it. :c
I needed to come back to his channel even with the rumours or facts idk which and stuff. I used to watch his videos in my most desperate times and he helped me and he's helping me now [his videos] I'm ignoring drama and just watching his videos. last time I'll comment on his videos. bye comment section
Im sorry Cry, but after binge watching your entire Dreamfall, Dreamfall Chapters and Okami Lp's I think that Im-Oh what the heck, see you guys in two or three days again!
Wow, this is great. Just yesterday, I was binge-watching all of Cry's Dishonored videos because I skipped that series when he was posting it and I was just was about to get back to episode 11 when I saw this video. Almost squealed in excitement there :3 it's great that Cry is revisiting the series again after so long! Love ya, Cry! Also, I genuinely hope that the comments aren't as bad as the original series when he played it. It was really sad to see that the hate about how Cry played the game got to him. It was sad but it was a change for the better in the end. Hope you enjoy this playthrough much more than the last one, Cry!
Daud does rock the dong pretty hard, I have to agree. I'm actually really excited about this, I love these games so much, but I'm also kind of nervous, since I desperately hope backseat gaming doesn't screw you up again this time. Just play it how /you/ want to play it - but I'm sure you already figured all that stuff out from last time. :o) And nice outro, bb. Top form. Good job. You get a gold star.
I hope Cry keeps those "down with the sickness" edits going throughout the series. That is, if anyone else even says it in the later episodes to begin with.
YESSSSSSS, Dishonored is one of my favourite games. Not because of any of the endings, but because of the choices and all the side stuff, it's very well made, written, designed and just god, I love it. So when you play Dishonored stuff, I'm always happy :D Good on you Cry-cry.
I think my favorite thing about you Cry, is you suggest that we play the games before watching your playthrough. I can't tell you how many times I took that suggestion and played some amazing adventures. So, thank you.
I found your Dishonored play through a couple weeks ago, and I loved it! I'm so glad that I found it (albeit a year or so late) when I did because I was absolutely ecstatic when I saw the DLC in my sub box!
I recall watching you play the first Dishonored game while still in mourning over Elizabeth from Burial at Sea. You cheered me up when you rescued the young Empress in the good ending. Good times my friend; I look forward to the rest of this playthrough. :)
I suppose you already finished this, but just in case you haven't yet, Daud's blink is slightly different than Corvo's, if you stay completely still while targeting it, time stops, even if you're in mid air.
Yay! I've been waiting for you to play this forever! As much as I loved watching Jesse Cox play this, watching you is just a completely different feel.
I don't remember if Cry played both endings of the original campaign, but if he didn't like the ending because he killed too many people (you can play the whole game and not kill a single person) then I understand. But the good ending is.... Well... Good.
He got the good ending but he felt it was lacking something. Wasn't as thrilled as anyone thought he would be as you can see in the final video of that playthrough.
Knifey McStab The bad ending would've been better, since Havelock actually threatens Emily, instead of just Standing around, and you can actually try and fight him. and if you're not careful, Emily dies.
Cry's playthrough of Dishonored was one of the main reason i decided to buy and play the game and i was so happy i did. i also wanted to play the dlc but couldn't buy them right away so seeing cry play this is super exciting for me :)
I started watching your let's play of Dishonored but for some reason couldn't get into the game as much as I've gotten to your other games. I'm excited to watch this one though since I'll be watching it as you're actually playing it. Can't wait!
does anyone else hear the "down with the sickness" by DISTURBED at 29:09 .. or any other time an NPC says "down with the sickness"... i seriously hope other people hear this.. or im fucking nuts
Gotta be honest, I have only watched people play this who were quite good at stealth games, so this is entertaining in a new way for me. Hope ya keep going with it!
Ooooooh, read the description, hope that author gets back to you! You're Cry reads things are the best, I've been needing to cower in the corner at midnight lately! I miss that 💚 and this play through is awesome, I'm not even that interested in the game, but you make it interesting somehow haha
Cry, Daud's blink pauses time when you're standing still. You can also jump into the air and then activate blink, and you'll be paused in the air. His abilities may be similar to Corvo's, but they're different, so be sure to pay attention when the game tells you about his abilities.
I wasn't expecting this at all. Sooo happy though. I've been wanting to get these DLCs for myself but don't want to spend any money right now. This is awesome.
@Blupengu why? I played main campaign few times on i think master difficulty (the highest) and as far as i know they are not only stronger but also more attentive than in lower lvl of difficulty, as for now i played knife of dunwall only once on the almost highest difficulty (because for some retarded reason highest is blocked off at first) and it was a cakewalk after the first mission (first mission is only a pain in the ass because you don't have essential powers [for me blink, dark vision that sees opponents and agility are the core of any character i make, low or extreme chaos]). So why his playing on "veteran" (renamed medium difficulty or standard difficulty in other name) would change anything? His failing (probably because i still haven't seen whole series) because he played other games for over a year and played this without replaying the main campaign. So he's just rusty as fuck.
i really didnt think you were going to play this, and its honestly one of my favorite games /dlcs, so this seriously makes me so happy that youre playing this! I hope you like it and play all the way through to Brigmore Witches :)
Cry watching original dishonored play through and just now saw this. Finally was waiting for this or was going to find it and play myself. Have fun man
YESSSSSSS!! YESSSS! IM SOO HAPPY!!!! i have never been so happy for cry playing a game before, i look forward to whenever he plays dreamfall, but this is like the best present ever, i love dishonoured. im so happy.
Yes!! Holy shit!!! This game was the first time I found you!!!! Or the original Dishonored, which became my favorite game at the same time you became my favorite youtuber.
Me too, cry. I'm terrible with time. If you ask me what I ate for dinner for the past week, I'll get the dates mixed up and be like I dunno dammit. I loved dishonoured! So I'm so glad you're playing this sequel:D
a couple helpful tips cry. dont forget you can block enemy attacks and also if you jump and then use blink you will freeze in mid air. this can help you to get around corners if you are up high, just remember to stop moving or you will fall.
tip: daud's blink can pause time, so if you jump and hold blink, you can freeze time midair, which could be useful when trying to get to higher up places
lucipurr___ I was going to mention this myself, since I had heard about that with this DLC, but I have never actually played it myself so I didn't know if it was true or not. Like jump out a window, land in a different window of the same wall.
Gagoushou I don't really think it's weird, considering Daud has supposedly had years to enhance his powers.
Corvo has only had about two weeks, or so?
Derpy Poodle Except I was talking about when I was playing the main game, and the DLC wasn't even part of the equation yet. It just seemed like the logical thing to do with the Blink power from a gameplay functionality perspective, and Corvo simply never does it, not even with an upgrade. ...Huh. I can honestly say I wasn't expecting this, given how he seemed to feel about Dishonored after the ending. Pleasant surprise, at least.
Bleeters I doubt his opinion of Dishonored will change after this playthrough since it's pretty much the same (and that's coming from someone who loves the game)
***** I actually prefer Knife of Dunwall because Daud is such a fascinating character.
relosless trinik Corvo and Daud are both good characters
Robert Tofil Definitely, I'm not judging the game here but stating that since it took him one year to pick up the story again due to his frustration, maybe this ending will be a second strike for him.
PacManAction I agree that both of them are good but I like Daud better as well.
Bleeters there are multiple endings. he just sucked enough to get a poor one.
*DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS!*
***** yeah what the hell was with that?
Xylven it was a reference to the song "down with the sickness" from Disturbed
Xylven the power of editing is what it was
oh, well that's just another reason to love cry
***** Ma' jam
I love that you get into the trouble of extra editing, adding sound effects music fast forwarding, flashbacks...I don't think people appreciate it as much as it deserves
skotous I agree
Daud, the true villain/hero of Dunwall.
***** SSSSSHHHHHSHSHSHSHSHSHHSHSHSSHSSHSHSHSH, dun spoil bruh
***** Esdeath, the true sadist/hopeless romantic of the empire... I love your avatar pic.
Punwall
three point one four that pun dishonours the game
Choleric Raven sorry
Damn. Haven't seen this in awhile...and to be honest Cry...I thought you forgot about all of us on RUclips land. Was happy to see a video up
It was only 2 days! Can a man not have 2 days off?
Stevie Betts two days is long enough!! Can't another grown man love another grown man! :(
Stevie Betts Can't a man get a little butt piracy?
But didn't Cry already play knife of dunwall?
That Guy This is a DLC
28:02 "Down with the sickness"
Fr0zenBullet497 and 29:09 "Down with the sickness"
Fr0zenBullet497 probably his ringtone
Fr0zenBullet497 Guys, he added that in as a joke.
Fr0zenBullet497 Im glad I wasnt the only one that noticed that haha
28:04 I saw the subtitles and thought the same exact thing when you put in the audio.
I fucking love you, Cry.
+Ricky holy shit im subscribed to you by seeing your comment on a markiplier vid
hi
Cry: "This might be a little mean."
*Spawns assassin next to killing machine*
*Assassin dies horribly*
Cry: "That was a little mean.."
Me: *Dies of laughter*
THAT. WAS. AMAZING.
Hey there Delilah what's it like in dishonered city
Yaaaaaas I love you
+marshall lee Dunwall. It's DUNWALL! The Game is called Dishonored, but the city is Dunwall.
Oh god, Is he doing this...? He's doing this... Hope the comment section stays friendly.
Why wouldn't they be friendly?
Shinu Yashami Well, people were also giving him shit in his main game playthrough... particularly when he killed slackjaw for such a petty reason.
With remembering how much the comments were during the original, and how MGS3 went. I say, a 20:80, with 20 being the VERY FEW people today not complaining how he plays, and 80 being,"Cry, your doing all of this horribly wrong you stupid dummy!! You do this and that and this, dammit"!
relosless trinik i don't want to spoil anything but... that might happen again.
VpIII he is shit at games, hate to say
I like how you snuck the "Down With The Sickness" thing into the video.
I'm also very excited about you playing this; a few of my best memories from RUclips was sitting up to 3 o'clock, watching you play Dishonored.
Thank you.
This is a perfect bedtime playthrough for me. Nice timing, Cry.
I remember Cry rage-killing that one guy over and over again at the end of Dishonored 1. 'twas some hilarious shit, I'd say.
Waterflake 'twas indeed
Cry: *falls into the endless void after messing up a blink* "that's a sign of good things to come"
me: yes. yes it is. and I'm looking forward to every single fuck up because to me that makes any play through 100 times more entertaining xD
After watching this, I just realized that Daud and Carver from The Walking Dead S2 have the same voice actor (or at least sound scarily similar.)
WessRocks They do, its Michael Madsen
Havocowsky Carver is that douchebag from The Walking Dead Game. He has the same voice as Daud.
Havocowsky William Carver, from Telltale's Walking Dead Season 2.
Lazor Cat I love that fucker
Yeah, got that, read the original comment a few times, my brain just farted so nevermind my comment.
The down with the sickness sounds like a rock band when the guy says it
I didn't get the reference, what song is that?
"Down With The Sickness" by Disturbed. It's a song.
thank you
"Atta boy! Kick some keister!"
Cry your cheering is so inspiring, he had no choice but to kicketh the keister.
Oh my gosh he did it! He did the thing!
He made the 'Down with the Sickness" joke!! :D
29:06
HE DID IT!!! IZ BYOTIFUL!!!
I dunno if you knew this already Cry but there are atleast three different endings to Dishonored and it mostly depends on how you play the game. Cryaotic Sorry, it was Metal Gear Solid.
Cryaotic Play Spec Ops pls
Austin Guy He played in on stream one day, and he didn't like it
How far in did he play though? Cause it gets better later on.
I needed to come back to his channel even with the rumours or facts idk which and stuff. I used to watch his videos in my most desperate times and he helped me and he's helping me now [his videos] I'm ignoring drama and just watching his videos. last time I'll comment on his videos. bye comment section

Hahaha, I'm so happy. I just finished watching his playthrough of Dishonored yesterday, now this comes out. Perfect.
I hope Cry keeps those "down with the sickness" edits going throughout the series. That is, if anyone else even says it in the later episodes to begin with.

Can you kill in this DLC or it's still a mean thing?
Márk Blahó I'll be mixing it up I think. Still mainly non-lethal, but I won't cry if I make a widow out of someone.
Cryaotic okay thanks :D i was just wondering.
No need to be a prick...
I absolutely totally loved the first one. Cry's commentary and thoroughness was spot on. Look forward to this one!
So....does this mean we'll get to see The Brigmore Witches DLC as well, Cry?
Atif Zaman I guess he has to otherwise the story will end halfway through.
+Atif Zaman Hey, could you send me a link of you profile pic? It literally just gave mw the best idea to something 😃 thanks in advance!
Bálint Ferencz (Using Chrome you can right click and hit "Search Google for this image)
Hope so at least. Exactly, how many DLC is in DisHonored? Cause, I've no clue
***** thank ya!
I think my favorite thing about you Cry, is you suggest that we play the games before watching your playthrough. I can't tell you how many times I took that suggestion and played some amazing adventures. So, thank you.
Disturbed song bit....god damn I love this man
I found your Dishonored play through a couple weeks ago, and I loved it! I'm so glad that I found it (albeit a year or so late) when I did because I was absolutely ecstatic when I saw the DLC in my sub box!
_I heard "down with the sickness" in the background-_
_He likes Disturbed?_
_Huh_
_Cool I think?_
When I saw you opened that book with drunken whaler I immediately went and listened to it and when I came back I found out you edited it in
I need to rewatch Dishonored....
I know right. XD
Play it! Great game. Unless you want to rewatch for just Cry, in which I totally understand.
Yes then Cry! I loved your Dishonored play through! So excited for this man.
Shall we gather for whiskey and cigars tonight?
Yukito our great lord and saviour Never Daud it.
Dishonored was the first series I watched Cry play and is still my favorite to this day, so when I saw this upload today I was fuggin pumped man
33:40 This song though.. I've missed this game so much!
Knifey McStab Nah he got the good ending
WhoseGameIsItAnyway maybe he should've got the bad ending to see how shit everything could get.
Knifey McStab The bad ending would've been better, since Havelock actually threatens Emily, instead of just Standing around, and you can actually try and fight him. and if you're not careful, Emily dies.
tyrant351 I 100% dishonored so when I heard that Cry didn't like the ending, I thought "WHICH ONE?!" Lol
Cry's playthrough of Dishonored was one of the main reason i decided to buy and play the game and i was so happy i did. i also wanted to play the dlc but couldn't buy them right away so seeing cry play this is super exciting for me :)
I know it's too late but... HOLY SHIT GOD BLESS DA HOLY SEXY VOICE OF CRYAOTIC ASDFGHJKL YOUR PARENTS SURE TOOK THEIR TIME TO MAKE YOU.
I started watching your let's play of Dishonored but for some reason couldn't get into the game as much as I've gotten to your other games. I'm excited to watch this one though since I'll be watching it as you're actually playing it. Can't wait!
Instagamrr PS... I love how to make someone shush you cut off their head xD
Instagamrr Yeah, I got Dishonored because I saw how much Cry liked it. I've only played a total of an hour or so, I just can't get into it.
You guys are bad at games. I've logged 105 hours.
Please only 105 try 237
Ethan Rae See, this guy knows where it's at.
honestly love the opening of the first game :D
Cry I can't get enough with that sickness edit you did, you're the best
I liked the part where he edited the guy saying down with the sickness it was funny. and yes im watching in 2016
God this youtubers voice is awesome. I cant believe I never seen him before. (Yes I live under a rock)
The Dark Souls is a pretty big rock, what are u casul?
does anyone else hear the "down with the sickness" by DISTURBED at 29:09 .. or any other time an NPC says "down with the sickness"... i seriously hope other people hear this.. or im fucking nuts
Gotta be honest, I have only watched people play this who were quite good at stealth games, so this is entertaining in a new way for me. Hope ya keep going with it!
Where that Dishonored 2 Hype!?
IkstaticGames sadly u have to wait till 2016
ur to late :P i did that the day after i compleated the game :) and i did the DLC when they got released
Dat double Disturbed dub doe~
Loved Dishonored! I'm so happy there's more!
And the Drunken Whaler song is so creepy and soothing! X3
25:34 okay, either cry has a fucking legendary reaction time or his mic is off sync with the recording.
Ooooooh, read the description, hope that author gets back to you! You're Cry reads things are the best, I've been needing to cower in the corner at midnight lately! I miss that 💚 and this play through is awesome, I'm not even that interested in the game, but you make it interesting somehow haha
To you whos reading this. I just want you to know that you are a great person and I hope you have a great day.
BananaInTheOcean you too bby
This isnt tumblr
you tumbl my gooty hole
BananaInTheOcean Thank you, an awesome day to you too
You too man
That was a fantastic way to end the episode, I loved it. That song gives me such chills
Anyone else notice a strange voice whenever one of the NPC's said "down with the sickness" xD; please tell me imma not the only one.. lol
Yeah it's a song down with the sickness by disturbed lol
goodship2 cry edited it in
Psychotic Muffin Yeah I kinda guessed that from reading the other comments. =P And I will admit I thought it was a bug at first lol
Dishonered is one of my favourite playthroughs of yours so this is gonna be awesome
hey cry did you know there is going to be dishonored 2
Good job on the outro Cry. Every now and then you'll produce one that's thematically perfect.
I missed dishonored!!! ;~;
I played that game it was ok
I love it!!
I love the style of the game and the adventure!!!!
It just wasnt my type of game ig
Oh
Cry, Daud's blink pauses time when you're standing still. You can also jump into the air and then activate blink, and you'll be paused in the air. His abilities may be similar to Corvo's, but they're different, so be sure to pay attention when the game tells you about his abilities.
Instant Karma: the series
It feels so good to hear the Dishonored OST again.. I never noticed how much I missed this game.
Lol that 28:04 Disturbed edit
I wasn't expecting this at all. Sooo happy though. I've been wanting to get these DLCs for myself but don't want to spend any money right now. This is awesome.
Sorry but all i can think of is OWW WAH-AH-AH-AH !!
Helpful hint: When you jump while stopping time with the blink ability, it will suspend you in mid air, making it easier to get onto higher ledges.
Here there Delilah, what's it like in New York City?
***** That was the same thing I thought of. God damn it xD
So happy to see you playing this, one of my favorite games.
wait… cry's playing this on veteran? some of his failing is forgiven XD
@@xxXXRAPXXxx bruh
@@ChannelHandle825 Don't you *BRUH* me you scrub. *GIT GOOD* !
regardless of how smoothly you go through a game, it's still fun to watch you play
Fuck it's the same voice actor as who does the voice for Carver in the Walking dead game.
in the begining
Michael Madsen. He's in a bunch of Tarantino movies.
Damn his voice is so good

a couple helpful tips cry. dont forget you can block enemy attacks and also if you jump and then use blink you will freeze in mid air. this can help you to get around corners if you are up high, just remember to stop moving or you will fall.
I have waited so long for this and I'm so glad it finally happend
I'm really glad you're playing this! I thought you highly disliked Dishonored given the ending, but it's nice to see that you enjoyed it :]
